Ok. So I used to have this cheapie, no name, dollar store eyeliner - it was perfect! I like to line the inner part of my lower lid, and this stuff was waxy enough or soft enough to do that.

So, I lost it- and I miss it. And I can't remember where I got it. I've tried other brands, nothing seems to stick on my inner lower lid like my cheapie one.

Does anyone else line like this, and what do you use?

I have an eyeliner that's by no means inexpensive like the above or "expensive" like Lancome or Clinique. I love it. It's by Almay. It's one of the two colors for green eyes.

I don't know how well it would work for lining the rim of you eye but I really like Loreal HIP Color Rich Cream Crayon. It stays on really well. It is a little more expensive (about 8 I think) but I really like it.

I used to buy one by revlon, but couldn't find it anywhere anymore. Turns out they discontinued it. I found out where you can buy it for $1 though, but since I live abroad I can't buy it . -->
