Default Face Cleanser & PH

I was looking at this face cleanser and it noted the ph of 5.5 on it - what does this mean to me??? Good/Bad/Indifferent?

That's a good pH...fairly neutral (on the acidic side, just like your skin), which means it won't break down your skin barrier, but does it contain detergents? Detergents will damage the skin barrier just as high pH does.

It's fine, as long as you aren't oily/acne-prone. It's got a lot of oils in it and would be a disaster for my skin, but it may work fine for you.

Thanks! I tend to be a bit dry but also a bit sensitive. I will try it and see.
