Default Boots Makeup?

Hi all,

A new CVS just opened up around the corner from me and they have a whole line of Boots Makeup. I have heard some curlies talk about how much the like the hair products, but does anyone know anything about the makeup?

Thanks!

Love Boots stuff!!

I just got some of their lip gloss - the stuff in the squeezy tube. It's kind of sticky, but seems to be pretty moisturizing and I tend to be pretty picky when it comes to the moisture factor. I can't stand my lips feeling dry.

When I lived in England I used their nail polish all the time. They made the perfect light pink shade that wore like crazy.

Target has the Boots face care & makeup line. I'm going to be examing this stuff closer since I think it's new. It's intriguing.

Totally forgot! The Boots Body Butters are freakin' amazing!! They're non-greasy and super moisturizing.

Oooh that's GREAT to know. Do you know how they compare to the Body Shop Body Butters? I was just going to buy one today after work ... maybe I'll get the Boots instead!

I like Boots Body Butter better than Body Shop Body Butter. The Body Shop stuff always seemed greasy to me. The Boots stuff is really thick. It scoops out of the tub almost like Jello and sinks in quickly. I have super dry skin in the winter and the Boots stuff really helps. Plus, they have really cool scents. The Avocado/Lemon/Grape smells more like red wine than grape. The Olive/Bergamot/Orange smells really fresh.

Last time I was at Target, I bought 4 tubs - not the little tubs - the big honkin' tubs!

Just an update - I got the Olive/Bergamot/Orange scent body butter and just used it on my hands after washing (I am SO impatient when it comes to using new products!!) and I LOVE the way they feel! So soft and now greasy at all. Thanks for the tips!
