Default Attention MAC Harlots!

just because our favourite company is deep into holiday sets doesn't mean they've stopped releasing products.

if you're a fan of tinted beauty powders, they have shimmering loose powders available in 6 shades from white to plum - great for highlighting cheekbones and decolletage.

and my favourite concealer - Studio Lights - is available again. this comes in a tube with a sponge-tip applicator and goes on light and creamy. there are 5 shades for pink, yellow and caramel skin tones.

enjoy!

tomorrow a VERY limited edition collection of VERY expensive products called The Stylistics will be available at MAC stores and counters.

since the lipsticks cost almost $10 more than a regular MAC lippie - yes, you read that right - and the special "Sheer Mystery Powder" is selling for a whopping $45US/$54Cdn, i'm not going to recommend anything from this collection.

it is an homage to the "beat generation" of the 21st century. if you can get one of the postcards, however, grab it! they feature the stunning Alex Wek looking very glam!

I just bought Goldspice and Fusion Gold last night!

Along with Fanplastico lacquer (which is way more red than it seems on the site), and my first concealer since I was a teenager.

I'm debuting it tomorrow night, and feeling rather guilt for having dropped so much on makeup.

Ooooh....and I so want to get the scent MV3.

woohoo! It has been acquired.

Next up is MV-1, since it's nice and light for day wear.

Wow, the fusion gold is fabulous. I wore it all over my lid and brow, and paired it with Sketch in my crease and as a liner.

While I can go either cool or a little warm, I think the goldspice might be too warm for me. I'm bummed, but might be able to use it as liner or an accent or something. Definitely would be great for stage makeup, so I suppose it won't go to waste.
