Vitamin C serum

I am needing to purchase some fresh Vitamin C serum and am debating on reordering from PSF or trying one of DY's serums.

Have any of you used both? How do they compare?
I'm sure RCW is going to hit you up on this one but I'll just add my two cents. I've sampled both the DY and PSF Vit C serums and can say that I prefer PSF's. Maybe it was an old batch that I received or whatever, but the DY's oxidized really fast after opening - I'm talking within a week. PSF's stayed nice and clear for a good while (almost a month) and just turned slightly yellow near the last week when I was almost finished with the sample. I tried the DY's 12% vitamin C and that just felt wrong. Quite viscous with a slightly offputting scent...and it wasn't even brown.

I have used both...and prefer PSF. I tried the 25% of DY and much prefer the 15% PSF. I get better results from the PSF 15%, and like Hellisto, it seems that the DY oxidized a lot faster than the PSF.

I've had really good luck with both lasting a long time before oxydizing. I like both formulations equaly, and I continue to order from both places. I just ordered 2 of the DY 25%. I put one in the fridge for storage and the other is in use in my bedroom. I can't keep my current bottle in the fridge, because the kitchen is just too darn far from my dressing area. Someday I'm going to get a small fridge in my bedroom just to keep my skincare products.

Refridgerating for long-term storage and keeping the current one out of sunlight and in a cool/dark place really helps delay oxydation.
I keep most of my skin care products in the fridge, since they are mostly prescribed manipulated formulas which don't contain preservatives.
They last longer and I just love the cool sensation on my face. Drawback, I have to take them to the bathroom with me back and forth.
My vitamin C is a white translucid serum.

Thanks for the responses.

Another question I meant to ask: can the Vitamin C be used if it has turned just slightly yellow? will it still work?

I have a bottle of PSF Vit C that has SLIGHTLY changed color and the date on the bottom says use by 05/08. Should I keep on using it?

I've had this bottle for a good 3 months and have always stored it in the original box, keeping it away from sunlight.

From PSF:
To use: Apply to freshly cleansed & toned skin once daily. Follow with moisturizer, if desired. Keep bottle tightly capped. Store in a dark, cool place. Note: This product bears a "Sell By" date on the bottom of the box. This is the suggested date that you should open this product and begin to use it. From that point on there is a 3-month shelf-life on this product for potency. This is not an expiration date. Product which is passed this date can still be used, however the potency may slightly diminish over time.

Ok, so I needed to order by BHA and decided to go w/DY because she has the bigger bottle and I ordered her 25% Vit C. Which one should I put on first? And should I store the Vit C in the fridge? Will that help it to keep longer than keeping it in the bathroom cabinet?

You can keep Vit C in the fridge, and it might last a wee bit longer that way before it oxidizes. I don't bother because I usually use up a bottle of Vit C within a month or so, and my fridge is terribly inconvenient to my dressing area.
I just ordered a sample of the DY Vit C to try even though I have a full size of the PSF. I really liked the PSF but for some reason I'm convinced something in it is making me break out. I don't really see anything in the ingredients that would cause me to break out but every time I used it, a few days later I'd get pimples. Whenever I stopped using it for a while my skin would clear up.
I don't know.
