Default Anyone use DY Green Cream?

I purchased a sample of Diana Yvonne's Green Cream. I am using it once a week and am really liking it. Before I spring for the full size, I would like to know if anyone uses it and likes it. What are the effects on your skin?

It made me really irritated and peely, and it broke me out. I do much better on real retinoids.

I used GC for a couple of years before transitioning to Retin A...I actually continued to use the GC in the morning (and occasionally at night) and Retin A at night for quite some time. I still do that but am experimenting with the PSF version of retinol. I just find that using both a retinol and Retin A gives me personally better results than the Retin A alone. That said, I really liked the GC but I think the ingredients in the PSF version are better...less extra stuff.

Thanks for the info! I was trying to avoid asking the Dr for a prescription for Retin-A. I keep thinking I am too young. But vanity wins in the end!

Side question, will a family practice Dr write a Retin-A prescripiton or do I have to go to a dermatologist?

The same thing here except for the breakouts. I started out very slowly, once a week for a few weeks, then twice a week a few weeks after and upped the frequency. I could never get past the peeling stage, I used the lowest percentage, level 3, for 3 months. A waste of money IMO.

I used the lowest strength and the next one up from that (can't remember the %'s offhand) for about 9 months altogether. I thought it was very effective at exfoliating, but the alcohol in the base dried my skin out terribly, even switching to every other night. I switched to Avene's Retrinal and like it much better for my skin. I think GC is a great product line, but it just didn't work well completely for my skin.
