The more I visit the MAC store, the more things I want. Not healthy. Why did I sign up for the emails???

Anyway, the studio finish concealer is the bomb.com. I don't understand why I never ever tried it. It doesn't move, doesn't settle in my fine line under the eyes. I used MAC a long time ago (like 8 years ago. didn't like the liquid foundation but I LOVED the blot powder--don't know why I stopped that). Now I'm looking at the skin finish powder. Well I should treat myself because I just got my dream job right? RIGHT?

Ok. One of the stores near me has a new shipment of the concealer palettes. OH GOSH. I hope that they have my color in stock!!!! I'm gonna buy that sucka as soon as they call me...I'm going to stalk the MAC store.

Ok. I'm back from my makeup expedition

The lady who helped me was so super nice! She showed me other ideas for using the correct and conceal palette. OMG... this woman had some serious skills. I could not stop looking at my face. FOR REAL. Now this makes me want that palette even more. She used the dark pallete. She highlighted my brow with the ochre, used some of the orange in my crease and the NW50 in the corner of my crease. Dimension without eyeshadow. It looked so natural.

The orange corrector works wonders on my dark circles. I LOVE IT. I can't wait to get my hands on this palette.

I ended up getting a lipstick (touch) and chestnut lipliner and she gave me the new primer to try. YAY makeup!!!!


ETA: Turtles, I forgot to ask when the archie collection was going to be in stores. But I saw the preview section, so I know it's this week maybe on wednesday.

This area is under construction as my hair type changed and nothing works well for me. I shampoo, I condition and pretty much have done nothing but chuck my hair in a messy bun for the past oh...year? Yeah, I'm that lazy.

No...going no-poo or CG does not work for me. It leaves me overconditioned and oily in a second no matter what I use, so that's not what's not working.

Ok. I just can't wait any longer. I'm going to get the concealer palette on ebay. I'm tired of the stores only getting shipments of medium/dark...WTF?!


ETA: Ok. I called a store in the bay where my family lives. They have ONE left and they are holding it for me. My sis will pick it up and mail it to me. YAY!!!!!!!!!!!!
