Smile I just started to co wash, not so bad!

Hello Ladies,

My name is MoNi, I am an american who lives here in India. I have stumbled apon this type of information after googleing, how to fix dry hair. My hair is very dry and was in search of a method to help out a bit in fixing my problem. I tried to do the conditioner only method a few days ago, and my head started to itch real bad. I think trying to cleanse with conditioner on my scalp does not work for me.. so I shampooed and felt instantly better, but my hair was all stripped again, and back to square A. dry hair! grrr...
I waited a couple of days, and i am trying it again. I am just washing and massaging my scalp with plain warm water... and conditioning my hair only (no scalp)... I wait for 5- 10 min, and i rinse... I feel much better this way. I guess it may be different for everybody.. I am not sure how long this will last.. but my hair feels good so far..... and tips on other things i can do to promote new hair growth and softness.. Thanks girls!
