I've finally decided to take the plunge into the CG method and am so excited! I found this site a while ago but never really got into it. In fact, when I just logged into my account, it says my last visit was May 2009

I have bought some new products but am planning on starting my whole new routine this weekend. My hair type is between 2C and 3A - my curls look more like 3A but I definitely have some straight pieces underneath it all which brings me part way into 2C. I still have to pin down my hair's texture and how porous it is though.

I love this site and all the help! I am so glad there are more affordable and easier to find CG approved products now - there simply was not enough for me to try it when I first joined but now I am jumping in! I have been lurking daily for a solid 2 weeks to get prepared. I look forward to being here and a member of the CG community!
