Red face Hi guys- i've been off of naturallycurly for awhile and im back!

I missed you guys, and my curls did too. I stopped doing everything curly and
started to think i had wavy hair because I'm trying to grow it out again. So today I did a cowash for the first time in forever, I'm plopping my hair right now and I miss having my hair plopped up being on curltalk! So what do you say can we get back together again? I need help asap!! I want to start a new routine again. I'm using V05 free me freesia as my low poo, and a heavier conditioner as my "moisturizer" to give it that extra kick. I'm gonna finish up some of my expensive conditioners like paul mitchell, and this organic one I have. However in the meantime should I stop sulfate shampoo's all together, or use them once in a while to remove buildup ? I also use an ACV rinse once in awhile, but I was also getting into the habit of deep conditioning once a week with an oil overnight. Any reccomendations? Thanks!

Welcome back! Your curls will thank you! If the conditioners you are "finishing up" have cones in them, you will need to sulfate shampoo to get them out of your hair. ACV rinses are great for build-up but don't remove 'cones.

Nothin' better than ploppin' while on CurlTalk, eh?
