I'm new at this but am impressed!

Hey all! This past weekend a couple of my friends nicely had a "hair intervention" with me and told me that my curls had "potential" but I needed some assistance. Ouch. So I started doing some research and came across this site. WOW! I bought some items and started my routine. Here's what I do:

-Co-wash with Suave Naturals in Coconut
-Rinse with Herbal Essences Hello Hydration
-Blot out the extra water with an old t-shirt
-I put a bit of Suave back in my hair as a leave-in
-Then I put Beyond the Zone curl cream in my hair
-Plop overnight

...and WOW! I've only been doing this since Sunday but I already notice a big difference. Today is the first day I wore my hair down to work since I began CG, and I kid you not, I got at least 6 compliments on my hair! It felt awesome. My curls look great and are soft and shiny. I'm hooked. Thank you for sharing all your valuable tips! :wav:

What hair-type are you? I have seen my curls at their full potential, but I only get to see that around once a year. I think I'm on the verge of finding out how to do it all the time and the overnight procedure. I am type 2c - 3a

Thank you so much all! BTW I have 3A type curls.
