Talking Starting out. Getting rid of part in middle

Hello curliest, I'm starting out on my curly hair journey and I was wondering how to let the hair fall to its natural position when it is now naturally parts right down the middle since I have been doing it tat way for so long? Help please. Thanks in advance.

Welcome, Crownedwisdom! When my hair is wet, I style my hair they way I want it to fall and use clips to give me lift and hold my hair in place while it dries. A little extra gel in those areas I'm "training" also helps.

Glad to have you here, Crownedwisdom!

mhen offers some great advice. My stylist uses a fine-toothed comb to draw a zig-zag part; you could also try that.
