Help me I'm new!!! ;)
 

Hi there!
I'm not sure yet if I am 3A or 3B. My hair is sometimes 'sharpie' sized and sometimes 'sidewalk chalk' sized. Does that mean I have combination hair. AND, in that case, can I find products that would work better than what I've been using????

Curl type is transient and relatively unimportant when choosing ingredients/products. Hair properties are what matter. Here's a link to help you with yours Live Curly Live Free - Curly Hair Basics Once you determine your properties look for folks with hair like yours and see what they use (in signatures.) It's the best place to start.

It's common to have a combination of curl types.
