Hi fellow curlies...

I am new to the board but have been *lurking* for a month, trying to sort out my hair type etc.

I am a mixed chick, French Canadian + First Peoples Aboriginal (Metis).

My hair is seriously confused! I have straight, + 2A, 2B, 2C, 3A hair - if you can believe that...my hair is super fine but I have a lot of it, and, I have recently determined that it *hates* protein! Tried the Devacurl and Redken to disastrous results...now trying TiGi products with no protein. Fingers crossed!

Anyways, hi and thanks for everyone's tips and reviews - so very helpful! Meanwhile, will keep researching

Must say after all these attempts that my local Chatters beauty supply staff duck when they see me come in with more products to exchange/return ;p
I am feeling Medieval these days - looking for the Holy Grail! lol...
So yeah, hello and thanks!

I read that it's not wise to use perfume in your hair. The smell will not be as good as sprayed on the body. We offer this kind of advice and news to our Amsterdam readers. For example this hot news: a new hit In Belgium and The Netherlands is the fragrance of Lady Gaga. (sold more than 6 million bottles worldwide)

We offer this and other news about body products and perfumes to our Amsterdam readers:

When you visit Amsterdam and want to check out Dutch perfumes, please visit our website.

Hi Maddy!
It takes a while, but you'll eventually find something that really works for you!

I think my only frustration really is all the lovely products they have in the States are nigh on impossible to get here in Canada ;p I think you are all so lucky to have so much choice!

Meanwhile, back to the drawing board! ;p Will try my new TiGi products tomorrow ... I hope they work!
