Default 3C How long to repair hair to regular moisture level?

2C not 3c
Here we go!
I have very very druy frizzy hair going into the curly phase. What do I do? I understand the whole washing phase but how often should I condition? Should I always leave leave-in? Should I be leaving stuff in at night?
How long will it take to repair my hair to its regular moisture level?

Hi and welcome! We're glad you've joined us here at CurlTalk.

Everyone's hair is different; you really just have to experiment to see what works best for you. In general, many curlies like to use a leave-in every day. And most curlies find that a once-a-week deep treatment is sufficient.
