Hello all! My name is Yolanda, and I am a curly girl! I've been wearing my hair naturally curly for the past 2+ years, but recently decided to let my hair grown instead of keeping it short. I have to admit - it's growing much faster than I expected!

Through this site, I've realized that I have 4b hair. I've been fighting to find out how to keep it moisturized but realized that I've been going about it all the wrong way. I'm pleased to say that I am still learning and will definitely be telling my friends about this site!

Oh, and as a side note - I have three little ones that are bi-racial and all have beautiful, curly hair (with blonde highlights - I'm jealous!). My oldest is 11 and I'm trying to teach her how to take care of her hair. She is at the phase that she wants it straight and is glued to her flat iron like crazy. I'm working on it!
