Default Embracing my Curls!

Hello everyone! New to the forums and very excited. I can't wait to read through here and get some good advice. I believe (believe...) that I have type 3A hair. Ive seen others post if their hair is porous? What is that all about? lol.

I can post a picture of my hair later tonight when i get off of work.

so yea... Hello forums!

Welcome, Elloria! So glad you joined us! Here are some links that address hair properties:
Live Curly Live Free - Curly Hair Basics
Curly Hair Tips, Styles & Products - NaturallyCurly
I found it much easier to find products that work for my hair when I focused on my hair properties rather than curl pattern.

Thank you ladies! I have been reading the FAQs and the other links you posted for me. I totally understand hair types and all that jazz. I plan on growing my hair out as long as I possibly can. So all of these tips will certainly come in handy.

Here is a recent picture. I need to take a better picture with more hair in the picture. I promise to take one tonight. Then you guys can see my frizzy messy curly hair! >.< So ready to get it looking healthy!
