Default New to Curly World!

Im just getting acquainted with my curly hair and can't believe it took me so long to discover it! Its easy and looks beautiful. Ive been relaxing since I was 9 and come to find out I dont even need one...I started noticing breakage before I made my decision and never looked back. I wash and go about every 3 days using a low poo, conditiner & Kinky Curly, or a leave in and mousse on very hot days.I started out using my diffuser but dont need it anymore!! I want to say I am a 3c but not quite sure, I dont notice the breakage but I do shed. Whats a good conditioner or strengthner because I want to get really strong hair!! Thanks!
