Default New from Switzerland

Hi everyone!

My name is Carmen and I come from Switzerland. I don't have any Spanish blood, as you might think from my name. I'm a natural blonde and my hair sometimes looks unreal - as if I either coloured it or got a perm ...

I read CG about 6 months ago and started the poo-less routine. But because I didn't find any products without cones, I started having build-up quite soon and because of that started using shampoo again (Garnier Fructis Oil Repair Shampoo). Since this week I'm using a condish without cones (the first one I found here in Switzerland!) and it just feels great! It's not as sticky and heavy as with the cones. But unfortunately this condish is very expensive and my curls aren't very frizz-free and well-defined compared to the cone-condish (but very smooth, I have to say). So I'm busy reading product reviews here and I'm looking forward to making my curl-friendly product purchase at CurlMart someday ...

Two months ago I had my very first curly haircut. The stylist did it perfectly!
Even though she had straight hair, she knew a lot about curly hair. Before she started cutting my hair (dry, of course!) she touched it, talked with me about it and then she cut it rather too long than too short. It was great. I think it was the first haircut after which I didn't cry.

I'm already writing too much ...
I made some pictures of my me and my hair before and after CG, and before and after the new haircut that I want to show you.

I think I'm a 3a/b/c ... mostly 3b with 3c underneath and some 3a in the middle
What do you think?

Before CG, straightened with a straightening iron:

After starting CG, before my haircut (the 3c hair underneath, which is curled more tightly, was much shorter as the 3a/b hair because of a wet haircut):

After the haircut (with the cone-free condish):

The curly hair's much better, isn't it?
It also suits my personality better.
