What's BWC? (I think it's a brand name).

You have to add your personal data in "Edit Signature". You can get to this page by clicking on "User CP" at the top of each page in Curl Talk (it's in orange).

What does "low poo" mean?
(Does this mean shampoo that has no sulfates in it?)

Definitions are *very* slippery around this phrase, mostly because it was coined by Deva, the makers of a no-poo and a low-poo product, respectively. With Deva, the no-poo contains no "cleansers" (neither sulfates nor coco-betaine) and the low-poo contains no sulfates but does haev coco-betain (a very mild cleansing agent).

BKT: Brazilian Keratin Treatment. You can tell from the context of that thread--they mention Keratin a lot and Brazilian several times and are talking about the process. So...

This is an awesome start for a brand new newbie. One question, though: I keep seeing BC everywhere, and I can't find what it means. Do you know?

Can anyone tell me what PCOS means? I saw it in the thin/thinning hair forum.
Also I am new to the board and was hoping for some advise on a hair cut; where would be the best place for me to look for that? I have really thin type 3b hair and the ends look really damaged and get tangled easily so I think it causes more hair loss so I want a shorter hair cut. Is there a place I can go look at hair cuts or any advise anyone can give me?
