A bad color with a stylist can really put you in a predicament, not to mention really get you emotionally. Then, you are faced with having to run all over town trying to recruit someone new who will commit to fixing what the last one messed up. June was this potential someone for me. But she not only made me feel worse, offered no creative solution that fell within my comfort zone, but stood over me in a very dismissive way and said "I'm sorry I can't help you" then shared a little chuckle with a client next to her when this brought on a small emotional response from me. I ask you, at what point has the professional in this business become so complacently inconsiderate?
