I read the reviews about Alicia and decided to book an appointment with her. The past year I was getting my hair cut in Livingston, NJ at a Ouidad certified salon. I was very happy with my haircut over there but I needed to find something close to home. After reading the reviews about Alicia I needed to give it a shot and I am happy I did. I was very pleased with her service and my haircut. She looked at my hair and explained everything she was going to do. I will definitely recommend her. She takes her time and gives you a haircut that goes with the shape of your face. I am a happy customer!!!

I read the review about Alicia and being that I grew up in that area, I decided to go to the salon and try it out. I have 3A/3B hair and the haircut that Alicia gave me was WONDERFUL and FUNKY. I would definitely go to her again.

Carla, the owner of Balance, matched me up with Alicia. I'm so glad that she did! Alicia is an experienced stylist, and she gave my 2B/3A curls an exellent cut, putting lots of thought and care into her work. I'll definitely return to her for my next haircut. I also love the whole colorful, creative atmosphere of this neighborhood salon.
