Very rude, unprofessional and snobbish. A hair cut is a service that you are paying for and it should not be an experience to be treated inferior or one that the hairstylist is doing you a favor. Crossing path with few minor celebrities, luckily I may add and probably once for each, has created an illusion of superiority for this hair stylist. Respect and courtesy is cheap in this salon. From the receptionist to the stylists, all lack dignity and professionalism.

I highly recommend Carlos Flores for all curly girls! I used to get my hair cut by Lorraine Massey at Devachan years ago. When she left, I tried a couple other stylist there and was never as satisfied. I remembered Carlos way back when he was Lorraine's assistant (many many years ago now) and I'm so happy I found him. He gave me a beautiful cut and the shape has lasted over 6 months now. The salon is very low key and private which I like. My bill was less than the usual at Devachan which I also like! Everyone was very friendly and Carlos has a fun chairside manner. I'm a fan of his NYC Curls Conditioner too. My only complaint was that I was kept under the dryer a little too long but I'll speak up about that next time. Definitely planning to come back.

rarely write bad review when I am unhappy with a service, as long as attempts to make amends are made. However, I chose to write this due to Carlos' complete and total lack of compassion or willingness to apologize for how devastated I am. First off, it is clear that Carlos is good at cutting curly hair, but he is TERRIBLE at listening to or taking feedback from his customers. If you don't know what you want, or you don't already know how to deal with your curls Carlos might be the guy for you. But if you have something specific in mind I suggest going to someone who will care to make sure you are happy (and spend more than ten seconds looking at the pictures you bring). I specifically asked him to look at previous pictures of my hair, and examples of what I wanted, so that I could get back to the shape I had earlier before an unfortunate haircut in January (was totally doable, and very simple). Rather than taking the time to look, he glanced at the picture and told me to 'move on from my old hair' and work with what we have, and dismissd the pictures of the '90210' girl (his words, not mine) that I was showing him as an example of SHAPE not STYLE. He seems more interested in telling you what you're doing "wrong" and teaching you how to style your hair the "right" way, than actually delivering the shape you ask for. I asked for a nice, subtle angle and I ended up with square top and a rattail hanging in the back, sadly all that is left of my length. Once hair is cut there's no going back, but a simple "I'm sorry" is more than sufficient to make amends when a customer is in tears, there's absolutely no need for rudeness or egoism. He offered to cut more to achieve the shape I asked for, which is the last thing in the world I need to grow my hair out. He then became angry (took a moment to take deep breaths to calm himself) as I fought back tears of anger and humiliation. I wish I was not so naive to believe that paying 140 dollars for a haircut would mean that my stylist would care more about my feelings than his ego, in fact it was the opposite. Really sad and disappointed, mostly about the rude reaction to my tears. I'm sure once I get over it I'll be more upset about the haircut that will be with me for a good long while.

For reference: I have been a curly girl since 2011, have gotten some great curly haircuts (and some really bad ones) so I'm definitely not a newbie to the dry cut game. Carlos knows how to cut curly hair, but that's not of much use if you end up with a mullet of perfect curls.

I've been having Deva cuts for over five years. They've all been better than traditional, wet cuts, but they are not all created equal; and my mixed curl pattern can be challenging even for Deva trained stylists. I finally gave in to the urge to try Carlos Flores, who was highly recommended by a number of curly girls I knew, and I'm extremely glad that I did. I'm now enjoying my hair more than I ever have. Carlos did a great job of cutting my hair so my mixed curl patterns work together, and taught me a much simpler routine (using only two products from start to finish) which keeps the curl types from separating. I'll be back!

Carlos is terrific--gracious, friendly, plus I got one of the best haircuts ever! He took a lot of time to instruct me on how to care for my hair, plus an honest assessment of my color and pointers on getting it done better. It's not cheap, but since most curlies don't need a haircut that often, it's more than worth it. I recommend Carlos to anybody with curly hair, absolutely!! He has his own page on the Mario Diab site with specific recommendations on curly hair care and it's worth a look, even if you're 1000 miles from Soho.

I can't believe I havn't put in my 2c here considering Carlos has given me movie star hair over the years. I've been going to him since before he defected from Devachan and God bless him for calling me after his move to Mario Diab. I would have gone insane if he disappeared on me. I am going to reiterate what everyone else has said about the experience, nice people, nice salon, Carlos is a magician. My hair is wavy with some nice loose ringlets underneath and terrible undefined frizz on my crown. I use the DevaCurl product which help but the biggest trick he taught me was to use pincurls on the areas that are undefined and flat. This has taken me from wow to wow-wee! My entire head matches now and people literally stop me on the street, on the subway, in the grocery store etc. It's amazing. I have never had such fabulous hair and I never knew I could. Without product and the styling techniques it looks icky but with a few simple steps I have traffic stopping hair and I'm constantly writing down where I get it done for all the women who stop me and ask. If I can have great hair, anyone can. I wish I knew of Carlos years ago!

Carlos is simply amazing. I was very hesitant at spending so much on a haircut for my 3c/4a curls, but I think it was well worth it. The appointment is scheduled for an hour, but he spent an hour simply going over my hair and things I should and shouldn't do to my hair. After I insisted that he cut my hair (he didn't want to because it wasn't "long" enough, even though my hair was shoulder length curly), he shaped it nicely and then I was taken to be no-pooed. Idk if it was a shampoo girl or his assistant, but she brushed my hair out, which made it HUGE! Carlos proceeded to style it with DevaCurl products, showing me what to do as he did it. I then sat under a dryer (which he used as an "x-ray machine" lol). After I was dry he was showing me the style but I hated it. It was waay to big for my preferences... He instantly saw this in my face and asked me if I wanted to re do it. I decided to have it redone because my curls were completely undefined and it was just too big. Another stylist then proceeded to detangle my hair (again) with DevaCurl one conditioner. Afterwards Carlos used my own products to style my hair (sheamoisture coconut & hibiscus curl enhancing smoothie and ecostyler olive oil gel). He was very light on the amount of product he used and my hair was still bigger than I normally wear it, but I simply love the shape of the cut he gave me and the "bigness" really showed it off, so I was content with it. My appointment was at 2 and I didn't leave until almost 7.... yes it was a long time but my hair takes forever to dry and the overall experience was well worth it. I thought I was going to Carlos to get a BC because I tend to straighten and just not take the best care of my hair, but he told me that my hair wasn't in nearly as horrible of a condition as I thought it was and I simply needed to DC more frequently. =) The only reason I didn't give a full 5 stars is because my hair simply hated the DevaCurl line. Even though all I left with in my hair was the One Conditioner the next day my hair felt very very dry. It was horrible, and my hair has NEVER felt this bad, not even when I used to relax. Still, I can't state how much I loved the overall experience. I definitely notice an improvement in my hair (it's only been about a week), the curl formation is definitely better and more uniform. My hair still hasn't completely recovered from that lady brushing out my hair, so it's still bigger than I'm used to, but I'm starting to like it (as Carlos said I would lol). I totally recommend Carlos to anyone with loose or tight curls. He truly is a genius!

I just submitted a bad review for another salon, and just to show I am not just a nasty person, I am submitting this contrasting review I wrote a few months ago on the 4a board. I am based in London, so didn't actually visit the Mario Diab salon, however I was lucky enough to get an appointment with Carlos Flores when he was in town last October, and I have to say it was the best hairdressing experience I have ever had. I trust this guy with my hair no question! First of all that was the first time anyone has ever looked excited to see my huge mass of 4a/4b cottony/wiry hair approach them. He gushed about how much he loved my hair. He's really pro-long hair, so didn't want to take much off, but the back of my hair was ridiculously long in comparison, a real curly mullet, so I got him to take quite a bit off. I knew he would be fine with the front of my hair as it is looser and more 'curly', but I was a bit worried about the back where I have very tight curls and some patches that are just 4b kinks and fluff. But he had no problems whatsoever. He cut the hair curl by curl (Devachan style) and put some layers in the back, really shaped it up. I love it! The only thing I was not too keen on was that he used Devachan products, which don't really work that well for me- they make my hair feel a bit dry and crispy. So I went home, re-moisturised with my own products (without re-washing), and all was good. I loved it for months afterwards (apart from a wobble about a week in when I suddenly realised my hair was much shorter in the back, but it really DID need to be shaped, so I'm glad about it) I could easily part my hair with my fingers without the ends snagging. All my single strand knots disappeared. The breakage that I had been experiencing before my cut completely stopped pretty soon after. Also he told me not to come back for a year! Unfotunately, I got some braid extensions in over the new year, and was quite slack with my moisturising and sealing routine, so my ends are in a state again. I really hope Carlos is back in London soon, because honestly the guy is a genius!

i first heard of Carlos Flores on Naturally Curly salon reviews. I had heard about the deva method when i read the first curly girl book, my introduction to the world of curlies! For years no one could tell me how to best cut and care for my hair, i did not even realize i had actual curls, i thought just a few waves, often frizz; my hair was a continual source of frustration. Now that i knew curly hair care existed, I decided to do my research and find the best stylist i could, and Carlos came out way on top in my research. My first appointment was, as i suspected it would be, disappointing because my hair was too short to do a curly cut. Carlos told me to return in 5, 6 months for a cut, and meanwhile he taught me about my hair and instructed me in its care. He told me the haircut is 50% of what your hair looks like, the products you use and the way you use them is the other 50%. Five and a half months later i returned, and it was even more than i had hoped for. Carlos brought out curls that i never knew i had, he made my hair smile and laugh! i left the salon with bouncy, happy hair. I was thrilled with my hair. That was over 5 years ago, and my hair and i are still happy. As a side note, my best friend from high school lives across the country from me. When she was visiting relatives in the area 2 years ago we got together for dinner. As we sat and talked and caught up on our lives, she kept stopping midconversation and saying, "Your hair is so curly! It wasn't like this in high school!" Carlos listens to what you would like with your hair, he respects length and will not go shorter than you want. He has been a great source of information both about my hair properties and ingredients the times i have been in search of new products. If he gives recommendations, he tells you why he is recommending a certain product. Two years ago i decided to stop coloring the gray in my hair and Carlos was a major source of support for me throughout the tough transition phase. When i was anxious to cut off color, he gave helpful advice about where my curls began and how it would look at certain lengths. He is available to customers with questions by phone and by email. I have referred family and friends to Carlos and they all are grateful, feel he gives them the haircut/care they want for their hair -- all types, from wavies to kinky curly. I have been stopped on the street, in the supermarket, restaurants, by many curlies who ask me who cuts my hair. Six years ago i would never have imagined that happening, and it all goes back to Carlos.

Growing up with curly hair was no easy feat when all the rage was straight hair. So finding a hair stylist who understood my curls (3B) was always a chore. I loathed getting my hair cut. I would end up with "cow licks" and pieces Sticking out in all the wrong places. One day, at the eye doctor, I noticed a woman with beautiful curly hair. I asked where she got it cut. She immediately said do not pass go, do not collect $200 - go straight to Carlos. He'll take care of you! Well, that was almost 10 years ago, and now I have people who stop me in the street here and and everywhere I travel to. They say they love my hair, and I know the truth. They love my hair because Carlos gives it such a great cut. My hair always looks terrific now!

I reviewed this salon June 27, 2009 but somehow that review miraculously disappeared, so I wanted to try adding it again to share my experience. I visited Carlos at the Mario Diab Salon on June 25, 2009 for a wash, conditioner, cut and style after reading glowing review after glowing review. The staff was friendly and they seated me pretty quickly. Carlos was very friendly. He told me about how he grew up with curly hair and about his sisters, his family, etc as he looked at and felt my hair. I explained that I was growing out my color to embrace my gray hair, that I had some heat damage from flat-ironing and that I had recently purchased the DevaCare products but had not yet used them as I was waiting to try them out on my newly Carlos-coiffed curls. I also told him he had carte blanche to do whatever he saw fit to my bra strap-ength hair 3C. Carlos chatted with me as he snipped and snipped behind me. He spent about 20 minutes snipping small pieces of hair and then twisted a couple of tendrils near my face and secured them with bobby pins as a style option. He sent me to have my hair cleansed with Deva No Poo and then conditioned with Deva OneConditioner. A good amount of conditioner was left in my hair and he also added some AnGel and Set It Free for styling. He raked the products through my hair and added metal clips at my roots before sitting me under the dryer for about 45 minutes. When my hair was dry, Carlos fluffed it up a bit and revealed pretty much a curly bob that sat just above my shoulders. He told me to wash my 3C hair daily with Deva No Poo and come back in six months for another cut. I paid $140 dollars, explained to the cashier that I did not need products, tipped Carlos $30 and left the salon, not realizing that I had only been shown a front view of my hair. Upon arriving home and inspecting the back, I noticed that while I had a bob on the front and sides, I had about 5 or six long curls in the middle of the back of my head that hung down past my shoulders about an inch or two. It looked rather odd, like some sort of funky shag haircut, so I had a friend come over to cut those pieces even with the rest of my hair. Carlos was very nice and sociable. He reiterated lots of information about not using silicones and sulfates that you find on naturallycurly.com, but I just didn't feel he did anything great or even near worth $140. It seemed as though he just trimmed off some of the damage (not sure why he left those long pieces in the middle of the back). He didn't seem to do anything to the curls that frame my face. Like I said, very nice guy, but I was unimpressed with the haircut I received, especially for the price that I paid. I didn't go back after six months and doubt that I will.

I read many reviews about Carlos here at naturallycurly.com and was very impressed. I had previously gotten my hair cut at Devachan and while I loved the "routine", I did not feel that the cut did anything particular for me. Carlos spent a very, very long time on my hair, but mostly, on me. He explained the many things I can do to make my 3a, fine hair look great. He showed me a better clipping technique, exactly how to use towels, products and my hands to create some real volume. He was encyclopedic in his knowledge of curly hair. (He has curly hair himself.) I left the salon with much more information, an arsenal of "tools" to care for my hair, and a cute, lively haircut. Carlos was also charming and funny. I had a fabulous experience and I look forward to many more haircuts from this talented stylist.

In attempting TWICE to have it fixed, I ended up butchered:( I knew I would have to bid my time and grow it out, which gave me plenty of time to research a new stylist. After extensive research I decided on Carlos (formerly of Devachan) at Mario Diab Salon in Soho NYC (a 3 hour round trip for me). I emailed Carlos in the end of August, explaining my situation. He suggested I wait 1) til the seasons changed and 2) til my hair grew as much as I could stand. Fast Forward to 3 days before Thanksgiving. The Salon itself is spare and quiet. I arrived early but Carlos was ready for me. He was very tutorial and informative regarding all things curly (most of which I already knew from this site). The greatest thing he taught me was the proper way to clip; it changed my life and hair!:) We agreed to leave my length and he simply adjusted some VERY off kilter layers. My hair looked editorial perfect when I left and Carlos taught me how to replicate it on my own. My hair looks SO MUCH BETTER NOW. It makes 'sense' in the way it falls and it looks full without being bulky. The curls look 'free'without being wild and all this with way less effort than I had to put into it before. Yay:) Curly Girl Happy:)

I started going to Carlos in 2002. He really understands curly hair and I could always count on great a haircut, but ever since he switched to Mario Diab the quality has gone downhill. My cuts have been sloppy and visibly uneven, probably because he only spends about 15-20 min cutting my very long 3C/4A hair. That includes him walking away in the middle of my cut to deal with other customers. I'm also not impressed with the salon as a whole. I think the receptionist is rude, as if she's doing me a favor for allowing me in the salon. And the lady who washed and styled my hair the last two times, while meaning well, was extremely slow (took her 40 min just to wash my hair; I timed her) and had no idea what she was doing. I was told it's because she's a trainee. After 6-7 months in a curly hair salon she should know the right why to defuse curly hair, and if my hair is too complicated, they should give me someone else. All in all, you probably will get an okay cut, but for around $130, I expect a whole lot more.

Two words: James. Rocks. I walked in with a shapeless (think Dilbert women) mess of drugstore blonde, frizzy long hair and walked out with an amazing cut and perfect, creative color, and a new friend, all for $200 on a "summer special". I was a little uneasy about the fact that James cuts the hair dry, but then it seemed like Edward Scissorhands was working on me. I watched the shape evolve in front of my eyes in a flurry of snips, and it was wonderful. Then the color, which James paints on one tiny curl at a time. He said ahead of time that he works fast and hoped I wouldn't be put off, but then he seemed like a genius painter that is eager to see the finished work. How can I explain it? He was fast but not rushed. Then the shampoo, and another finishing cut, this time wet. Then he showed me how to style my hair, well enough that I actually replicated the style the next day! He explained the products he used and offered them all, but there was no hard sell, and he acknowledged that the combination Ouidad/Deva products I am using works well. So many stylists talk down on products they don't sell, but James wants you to have products that you can work with. I did end up getting the Curl Glaze they sell; I LOVE it, and I almost never buy salon product because I am so often disappointed when I use it at home. James chats as he works as so many stylists do, but he was sensitive to my mood, too, not intrusive or a non-stop talker. The last specialty curl place I went was Ouidad, and they "stepped" the back of my hair so badly it took two cuts elsewhere to finally fix it, so I was uneasy about some place new. Don't you be! The reviews concentrate on how good James is with color, and he is a master, but his cuts are every bit as good. And. . . he's easy on the eyes, too! Um, one little thing. They don't take credit cards for tips, which is annoying, but then when I suggested that they tell new customers when they book that it's cash tips only, I was told first that, "Most people know." Um, how would I know??? I'm new??? And then she hastened to add defensively that she wasn't the one who booked me. Well, excuse me for trying to make a suggestion that would keep you from chasing new customers off who mind walking two blocks to an ATM to give the stylist a much deserved tip. Then she forgot to give me the product I paid for, which was easily fixed, but still. . . checkout was not a happy experience. You need to make paying, which is the painful part, as comfortable as possible, folks. As to the salon itself. . .it was just fine. No problems there. I dound it easily. It's a little funky the way it's in a basement, and a little disorienting when you come up out of the warren, but I wouldn't take off points for that. All in all, it would have been a perfect 10 except for checkout, so James gets a 10 and the visit gets a 9.

My hair looked like straw before and now it looks cute!!! I can't wait to go back, but he says I don't need another cut for 6 mos. In college I tried to be more adventurous but I never had a good stylist-- always bouncing from once place to the next (following my mother) so I used whatever my roommates had. This resulted in frizzy hair constantly tied back in a ponytail or bun. Once I got my first job I hit every place in Manhattan from cheap to super expensive. And I left each place more frustrated and annoyed that I was flushing money down the toilet. Just a few months ago I spent a few $$$$ on hair products from folica.com. Still no success. I found this site and read every review. After my last stylist that I had a love/hate relationship with left me frustrated from my last haircut I decided I was ready to to try a salon based on people's reviews. I'll admit I was super nervous. I didn't want to flush more money down the toilet. I made an appt with Carlos and told all my co-workers,"Ok I'm getting my rat's nest FIXED wish me luck!!" I had my appointment yesterday and I can't believe this but I am SO excited with what Carlos did. He was MORE than thorough. From the moment I sat in the chair he started talking about my daily routine and how I can make changes to transform my hair. I know I'll never have super easy hair to deal with but it's now DO-ABLE and I did not leave my house this morning cursing my curls. * I also ride a motorcycle to work so you can imagine I have a lot of helmet/curl issues working against me. Carlos cut my hair dry which no stylist has done before (even bumble and bumble and aveda failed me)! I am using the products he recommended (totally affordable and can be found at major beauty supply stores) and am giving this new routine a full 30 days. You won't be disappointed. The salon is very inviting and serene. Carlos is not intimidating and I was more than blunt with how I felt about past stylists and $$ I spent on products. I by no means 'rake in the dough.' I saved up my money and can honestly say that you are getting your money's worth. Every girl in the salon had super curly hair and I saw how gorgeous some highlights came out! Something I might think about down the road. According to Carlos I only need my hair cut every 4-6 months. So when I did the math..HE is cheaper than my cheap hair cuts every 4-6 weeks!! If you want a good hair cut and you have crazy curly hair then save up the money because you are worth it. And you will leave satisfied! Rock on Carlos!

Even though Carlos doesn't seem to need any more rave reviews, I can't resist! I have been "a follower" of Carlos for several years, and will not trust must head to any other! He is a master at styling curly hair and has never disappointed. I used to ractically have panic attacks when I would sit in a stylist's chair. I was always terrified that I would end up looking like George Washington or something froma horror show. All my anxiety has disappeared sinced seeing Carlos! I can rest assured that I will leave his chair looking beautiful, with glossy, manageable curls. I travel a great distance to see Carlos, and it's worth the time and money!

Stylist: Carlos & James

Carlos and James have my unqualified recommendation. If you aren't in the neighborhood, they are worth the trip. I'm growing my very curly, but thin and fine hair. The last "curly specialist" did a terrible job. After 15 weeks, I didn't really want it shorter, but I needed a better shape -- and I had terrible roots (that looked worse b/c my hair had been highlighted too blonde!) Carlos knows curly hair. He knows where you've been. He knows where you want to go. In my many, many years of wearing curly hair, no one had ever cut it dry. Carlos cut it dry and he did a great job! Knowing I want to grow it long (and how long that takes), Carlos didn't touch the length. It seemed he didn't do alot, but what he did do resulted in an enormous improvement. My hair has looked great every day since my Carlos cut -- rain or shine, heat or humidity! Carlos is a curly-hair genius. Bring him your hair with confidence. James take his color seriously. He presented me with a book of pictures so we could be on the same page about what color we each had in mind. [What a great idea!]. It happened we had the same picture/color in mind. James did a masterful job painting my highlights (no foils!)and correcting the blonde. My hair color looks natural and warm. Mario Diab is a comfortable salon without midtown attitude. Carlos and James are great guys, so you'll be comfortable while you are there - and you will be delighted with the results after you leave.

After doing massive research and calling many salons, I finally decided to go with Mario Diab. Reviews for James were great. And they were so right on! He painted the highlights on my hair like an old flemish master. I walked away feeling like a million bucks! My highlights are superb. His technique makes them shimmer, not look fake. He's also very nice and honest, which is a refreshing find! I highly recommend James!

I have been going to Carlos for about 5 years and one day due to personal reasons. I had someone else cut my hair, who claims it does it the Deva way. Well, that was the BIGGEST mistake of my life, Thank God, I did not cancel my appointment because when I went back Carlos looked at it and did his magic. I was very happy. It was the first time I took my mother and she has been blow drying her hair for about 30 year. Ever since she saw Carlos, she has not blown it straight. He was kind enough to fix what he could and I and let it be. The place is more serene and calm (not like a doctor's office that accepts HMO and wants to make money) he sees you when at the time appointment and he takes his time with you. He is a man worth the WAIT.

My hard work paid off! I searched for James for a long time and now I found him at Mario Diab Salon only a block away from the previous salon he was working at. I love the way he colors my hair and the best part is that he always tells me what my hair needs! He never pretends my hair needs more just to raise the price. Just to let you know ladies, He is still doing the same technique painting one curl at a time. Another thing is that he is very honest and doesn't sugar coat things for you. So if you need that fake personality...then find someone else. But that's why i LOVE HIM!

i've been a client of carlos for a year and a half -- just had an appointment with him at his new salon, mario diab. the salon has a serene, relaxed atmosphere, and carlos is still carlos, even better! he continues to bring out the best in my hair, curly, bouncy, and shaped to flatter MY face, whether it is humid and my hair curly, or dry and my hair is less curly, wavy, it still looks great. i continue to get compliments and am beginning to take for granted that there just won't be any 'bad' hair days!

After doing much research online and asking around about curl friendly hair salons I decided to go to Devachan, and I could not be happier with my choice. I went to the Broome street location and was instantly in awe of the space. I felt like I was in an art gallery. The decor is definitely sparse, which I like, because I hate when you get your hair done and people's workstations are covered in their personal junk. Also, when you walk into Devachan the smell is just so intoxicating and delicious. I was given a silk robe to change into and handed a glass of the best iced tea I've ever had. Carlos sat me down in his chair and went over the dos and don'ts of taking care of curly hair, such as not shampooing, no combing ever, and never towel drying, only blotting. After he trimmed my hair I was taken to the back to get my hair "washed" with their famous no poo cleanser. I was given the greatest head massage ever, and it felt like it lasted for 20 minutes. Afterwards Carlos taught me how to style and set my hair, and after I spent some time under the world's largest hair dryer I was done. I left with bottles of No-Poo, Angell, One Condition and Set it Free. So far my hair doesn't quite look like how it looked when I left the salon but I think with some practice I'll be able to do it. I was charged $115, and yes, that might be pricey but considering the amount of money I have spent on serums, conditioners, gel, mousses, leave-ins, hair masks over the past 20 years the money was well worth it to be taught a great lesson in haircare.

Wow. I realize Carlos doesn't need another rave on this site, but oh my God - I don't know what took me so long! Walking in was amazing - so many curly-headed people, and they all look great! I was HOME! Can we talk about the shampoo (No-Poo) chairs? Lounges, and they are amazing. Carlos really took the time with me, and taught me everything including a few ways to wear my hair up. I had come from the gym with all my hair products, and after my appointment, I went to a trash can on the corner and threw them all out. When I did my final head flip, I cried when I saw my hair. I'll never go anywhere else!
