This is hands-down the worst haircut experience I have ever had. It is the only haircut in my life that I have ever had to have "rescued" by another salon just a couple weeks later, and the only one I have left with tears in my eyes. My BSL hair with layers went to chin-length with zero (I repeat, zero) layers. Talk about serious pyramid hair! It was terrible. The stylist convinced me that short would look cute on me (which I was nervous about), but that layers would only make my "frizzy" hair (thanks a lot!) more poofy. How wrong was he. I absolutely do not recommend this salon for wavies / curlies.
