On Thursday, February 9th, NaturallyCurly.com readers celebrated the launch of Curls Unleashed, an exciting new product line formulated specifically for the needs of curly, kinky and coily textured hair. Hosted by Taren916 of YouTube, the event featured live styling demonstrations and the opportunity to speak with Curls Unleashed stylists at a sampling table to learn more about the seven new products in the line. Curls Unleashed also surprised attendees by welcoming special guests Kim Coles and Afrobella to the event. “I’ve always wanted to meet Kim Coles and Afrobella in person,” exclaimed an attendee, “and they are just so nice and down to earth in person! Not to mention they’ve got great hair!” Other notable attendees include Michelle Breyer, President of TextureMedia, Felicia Leatherwood of Loving Your Hair with Natural Care Workshops, vlogger EmpressRi and Dr. Hair, the Director of Education at Curls Unleashed who encouraged the unleashing of curls in an energetic and spirited presentation.
Attendees also received gift bags with samples of Curls Unleashed products to take home with them. The full line offers a full array of cleansing, conditioning, styling, moisturizing and refreshing products perfect for all wavy, curly and kinky textures.
