Awe, she sounds adorable!!!

Calvin's "charisma" is more the Napoleon complex type. When he sees other dogs he gets all riled up and spazzo, yes it makes it hard to go for walks. Once he meets the other dog though he's fine! Little nutjob. We socialized when he was a puppy, but his dad was the same way to maybe it's genetic?

Right now we can't walk because of his back problem, but if we get lucky enough to find out walking is an OK activity after he's seen a vet here I hope we can go on lots of walks. Our neighborhood now is the most walk-friendly we've ever lived in and if we go every day he can only freak out so many times before he has to get over himself!

So sweet of you to think about Calvin.
My older dog, Jack, was around people/kids/other animals from day one. I was fortunate to be able to bring him to work with me every day from 8 weeks old to..well..until I moved here. He STILL freaks out with new people/dogs: barking, jumping, generally being a little spaz. My other dog, Lucy, just shows everyone her belly.

Wore my slouchy boots with a skirt today!

This skirt is a favorite of mine and makes me miss Mexx so much. It always looks wrinkled, though.

High belt or low belt. That is the question!

I'm voting low on the belt.

I'll take that on.

I vote for high. The dress has a seam right at the waist. The low position of the belt doesn't look right and does nothing to highlight that tiny waist of yours.

I lean towards high, so I'm not surprised you'd agree. Thanks!
The red shoes may be getting put to use tonight. Well, I'm still waiting for UPS to bring the others!

I knew it would be high. You should always, always go opposite of what I say when it involves dressing yourself.

09 that sounds fabulous.

I'm dressed very conservative today - special work occasion.

Grey pinstripe pantsuit but sharp looking (for a grey pinstripe pantsuit) by Boss, pale caramel colored sleeveless cashmere shell which is ruffled, coral and silver necklace, and very bright slightly dangly coral and gold earrings (which I love because otherwise everything is sooo conservative).

Black suede loafers and a Coach black/pale grey pattern handbag. Lots of bright coral lipstick and blush to brighten me up.

Too bad I didn't see this yesterday when I was wearing something nice.

But today it's raining and I have to be out in it, so just jeans and a brown fitted t-shirt. I'm trying to break in a new pair of boots. They're just a little tight, but I really liked them, and it was the last pair and they were only $10! So I'm hoping I can stretch them a little.

I love a good spam bump of an older thread. We should revive this one!
