Jeans, a blue long-ish tunic-y v-neck tee, and black Champion thongs - "dress" flip-flops, you might say, LOL.
I'm fortunate to be able to dress this casually most of the time where I work now, even though the company as a whole is pretty conservative.

Saria, you are so cute! Headbands are kind of a staple of mine, too.
Funny this topic is still up...
A few people at work have told me I look so nice today and that they love my top!
I don't think it's the top... It's a V-neck jersey top with a pink/black/white graphic floral print (OK, it is cute) which I've worn several times before (along with my basic black dress pants, and black Aerosoles chunky-heeled slides).
However, I'm having an amazing second hair day! Good hair day=good attitude, so that's probably what they're noticing without being aware of it.
(There was one lady who said my hair looked soft and shiny today...)

I ALWAYS wear a headband unless I have a ponytail but then even then I usually do. But I only have those black, white and gray stretchy ones from CVS by Goodie or Conair (I buy the wide width ones.)

silver hoop earings (more tjmax) and a better looking belt than the dress came with that I also purchased at da max. The dress was size 14 but with the built-in slip on the bottom it didn't fit the hips. I ended up tearing it out and wearing my own slip underneath. Total outfit cost $75. When I saw the retail price on bluefly I was flored.
