How long would you wait before filing a complaint w/Paypal?

It has been over month since I placed an order with Oyin & I have yet to get my order or a return email or phone call....I was trying to give them the benefit of the doubt (maybe there was death in the family or an illness) but this is no way to run a business....

Do it.
If you wait too long you'll be SOL.
I agree. Do it ASAP. The nice thing about PayPal disputes is you can always cancel it if you get your order soon.

If you placed the order a month ago and you tried emailing and phone calling them, with no response, I probably would have filed a complaint before now.
When are women going to face the fact that they donít know their own bodies as well as men who have heard things?

Don't you have to file a PayPal complaint within 30 days?
Wow. Thats unusual for them. I have always received excellent service. Unfortunately, at this point, I would file the dispute.
Here lies Jan Smith, wife of Thomas Smith, marble cutter. This monument was erected by her husband as a tribute to her memory and a specimen of his work. Monuments of this same style are two hundred and fifty dollars.

Tawanalee...did you get this resolved?
Looks like I may have to file here soon as well
Slight guano: I got an email from "paypal" yesterday. It was a receipt for the piece of quartz I paid $275 for!!!! NOT!!! There was a link to click to dispute it. Instead of clicking the link, I sent the email to spoof@paypal.com. Sure enough it was fake. Paypal said that if I had clicked on the link in the email, it probably would have asked me to login or asked for other personal info. Then I would have been screwed. Be careful with emails that are supposedly from Paypal or Ebay. It looked VERY legitimate.
