THE REAL WORLD..........DENVER

.[/quote]
I have had 2 Real World Sightings - I ran into the curly girl from Seattle (the wacko) I can't remember her name right now.. BUT WHAT A TOTAL SNOT!!!!

Do you mean Irene?
"A thing of beauty is a joy forever: It's loveliness increases; it will never pass into nothingness; but will still keep a bower quiet for us, and a sleep full of sweet dreams, and health, and quiet breathing."... John Keats. (Endymion, Book I, 1-5)
I loved Irene's hair!

I watch if I'm bored, but don't make a point of catching every single episode. At 31, I am getting too old to be watching this stuff, but sometimes I can't help myself.
I don't understand how people can be best friends after knowing one another for a day!!! What was up in the hot tub with the two girls!!!Maybe this would be an interesting season...but the second episode sucked!!
I didn't like Irene's hair or her crappitude.
If there were more people on earth who desired their own happiness more than the unhappiness of others we would have a paradise ~ Bertrand Russell
LOL..Is there an age range on watching this kinda stuff? I am no wheres near too old to watch it and I'm 33..Haha I still enjoy it!

yes i watched it. Cut me a break. It doesn't seem real. Don't you think in real life Colie would be a lot madder at Jenn. Although they are both acting like total sluts. I can't help myself but to watch. But it has gotten trashier as the years have gone by

OMG He used the Ni@@a word!!!!

They should have kicked his @ss.And kicked him off the show!!

Why does Mtv/VH1 allow the N word to be said without bleeping it out? They would bleep out B1@ch or As@......

Sad.

I heard the N bomb here too. Looks like Davis gets the F bomb next week. I'm sure these two episodes are the pinnacle of the season, it's all set up to suck afterwards. Boring city, chicks are skanky looking, except the one with dark hair she's kind of hot. The dudes are all zeros, especially that pretty boy lady's man, nice wardrobe there fella. Did I mention boring city? They're quickly running out of places to do this show. What's next? Phoenix, Dallas, back to L.A.? I wish they'd hit the international cities harder.

F*** was bleeped out. N word wasn't either. Whoa. I swear it was dead air, not a bleep, yesterday, because I had seen the ads for it. I don't agree with that, but it's not my decision.

But they did air the other words you thought they'd bleep out.

I felt like the producer was not hard enough on the gay guy..Tyrie was out of line for a moment, but the gay guy took it to the next level, trying to provoke a fight, saying the N word and then begging for sympathy. He should have been kicked off saying racial slurs.

What burns me up is, next week Tyrie has that jerks back at the club ...

People talk trash about people all the time, slurs or not, and some people are offended more by one than the other (and not always the same... I'd be more offended by a slight to my character than a slur, and I have experienced both). It was and should have been up to the cast to decide how much they were comfortable with. Violence is a liability for the producers. Language isn't. Tyrie was making threats left and right, about beating the punk ass, so I mean, their word choices were different, but they were both in extremely heightened states. I think it's pretty cool that they were willing and able to work out, actually.

What an episode! I watched it last night on DVR. They were both wrong. Tyree came on to Davis way too strong. But Davis was out of control and his use of the N word should have been a ticket right out the door. I did find it encouraging that Tyree and Stephen (?) were able to forgive him and move on. I personally wouldn't be able to do that.
