Your weekend plans?
I have absolutely zippo planned, so please share with me your weekend plans so I can be happy for you.
We might venture to Williams-Sonoma because I have a gift card to get an ice cream maker with, but it's an hour away and the weekend traffic.... I have to think that one over. Just how important IS ice cream?
So, do share!! What are you up to this weekend?

I would give my eyeteeth to have a weekend with nothing planned.
My husband is playing softball tonight.
I have class tomorrow from 8-5 as I do every Saturday.
Tomorrow night I have to clean the house and bake something. I also have to update my lit review with my mom's edits.
Sunday I'm hosting our study group, so I have to get up early and complete the study guide. I also need to do laundry. Study group arrives at 1:00 and will likely stay 'til about 3:00. Then I have to turn in my lit review, which is a HUUUGE yay.
Then back to a very horrifically stressful job on Monday - layoffs galore in my own department and affecting me. So whoopee.

Me and 2 of my gf's are going to see Sex and The City 2. I know we're late seeing it. We are going to Farrelli's which is a dinner, movie place. None of us have gone before, so it will be a new experience. The only time the movie is showing is at 3:15, so we will eat considering it Linner. After that we will come back to my place and go swimming. If we feel up to it we will go to Handlebar J's to drink and dance.
Sunday I'm going to my daughter's house to make homemade ice cream for everyone. We will probably cookout and hit the pool, if it isn't raining.

Going out to tonight for a burger and a beer-it's too freaking hot in this house right now!!
Tomorrow I need to do some grocery shopping (I have to start getting stuff for our cook out we are having next weekend). And, then......
my daughter is coming over for dinner and then she is headed out from her to go see a friend in a Battle of the Band thingy and then coming back here to sleep because it's much closer than her driving all the way back home. Maybe I can convince her to go out for breakfast Sunday. I have not seen her since Christmas!!

ArtScape!! The US's largest open air arts festival is here in Baltimore, THIS WEEKEND and I cannot freaking wait. Seriously. Can't. Wait.
Also the vet is coming to the house tomorrow morning before we go downtown to do a blood test for Bean, and give Moe a steroid shot. Sunday my husband is in a mountain biking race, and then Sunday evening we've got dinner club. Sushi this month!

Tonight I just made pizza for dinner--it was so good I had to take some photos of it. I'm having that and the last Leinenkugel Berry Weiss.
Tomorrow--swimming class at 10:00. Cookout at a friend's house in the afternoon. Then poker (and booze, hopefully) at another friend's in the evening.
Sunday--probably grade papers.

Tonight - work at the frozen yogurt.
Tomorrow - try to get into the first exam at 830. Then I work all afternoon at the frozen yogurt.
Sunday - time with mom at some point.
Monday - The roommate's older dog is being fixed. So I will be trying to create a soothing home space for her to come home to.
Tuesday (I just took tuesday off!) - nothing! Just enjoy the day!

I told DH about this and he paused, looked like he was thinking hard on something and said "Why isn't this EVERY DAY?"

that is so precious!
I bet your mom really appreciates it, how old are you? I know when I was a teenager I was pure evil to my mother, when I went off to college it made us closer, I feel bad when I think about how much I HATED her, I don't even know why I hated her. I was such a hormonal brat!

hah i'm 16. we've always been close but got a lot closer when i entered high school two-ish years ago. She's a secretary at my high school and it just made us SO close since we're together like... all the time. we have a lot in common (tv, music, make-up, nails, health issues, and a lot more). yeah, when i'm PMSing.. things aren't as good, but they're never bad.

Tonight I'm having an 8 Mile date with my friend Chelsea, because we love Eminem and we felt like watching the movie.
Tomorrow I'm going to my best friend's house and playing in the lake she lives on, and then she's helping me get ready for my picnic date with my boyfriend. Then I'm going on the picnic lol.
Sunday is my sister's birthday so my mom, my sister, and I are going to Nordstrom and enjoying their sale, and then out to lunch.
Fun, busy weekend(:

Things improved slightly, hubs took me out for an ice cream after I gave him the poke-out-the-lip-I'm-sad-n-pathetic treatment.

Tonight I went to see "Splice" and then while walking the dogs, saw a wild white swan on the lake. Gorgeous.
For the rest of the weekend, I'm planning on fooling around as much as possible with dates: one Saturday, and one Sunday. If Saturday cancels, I can skip cleaning during the day and watch movies. But Sunday is solid: adventure day with a "friend."
And....Monday's my birthday, so I'm goofing off even more! Lunch out, a foreign movie, dinner with family, and another date. All I'm saying is, I'd better be darned sick and tired of cake by Monday night.
