An Irish Car Bomb is as follows.
I bottle/can of Guinness
1/2 oz Bailey's Irish Cream (or Ryan's Irish Cream)
1/2 oz Jameson's Irish Whiskey
Put the Bailey's and Jameson's in a shot glass together, the Guinness in a pint glass. Drop the shot glass into the pint glass and chug the entire thing, be fast (the Bailey's will curdle in the mixture once added to the Guinness after a short while).
It tastes extremely good, hint of chocolate and coffee along with the Guinness taste.
As for the Black & Tan:
Fill pint glass 1/2 to 2/3 the way up the glass, then spoon float Guinness (from a tap) to fill the rest of the glass.
Exquisite.

Vodka and Red Bull please. And a big loaf of crusty peasant bread with a bowl of olive oil and herbs. And Viggo on the barstool next to me. And the bar is on a hot sunny beach.

There is a shot glass, Jamison on the bottom, Bailey's on top. The shot glass get plunked into the Guinness. You have to chug it down or else it will curdle. I like these, but I can't handle more than 2 or 3.

I would say a delightful mix of early rock mixed with some big hair bands from the 80s era.
In my experience thats the most transcending genre's out there.

A mix of a little of everything so that we all have a little something. Some Irish pub music would be cool to go along with me Guinness.

Well now that I'm in the bar, I don't know what to get! Why did I bother?

I recommend starting with something sweet! Cherry Dr. with 7up & sour mixed is yummy! A strawberry margarita is always good. Fuzzy navel is a good beginners drink
Oh, and you'll puke in pretty colors too!

Oh, I got distracted by the Irish Car Bomb and forgot to order.
If it was summer I'd have a vodka tonic. Red wine for me, please.

Woo hoo! I've been waiting for this free pass!!
I'll have a Texas margarita on the rocks, and for later a nice glass of sweet blush wine. The baby will have chocolate milk stirred, not shaken
