Probably Sophia's mom and Herschel's suicidal daughter.

Did those two guys in the bar get shot in the head?

I think it's like the comic book. Everyone is already infected and unless you have head trauma when you die, you come back as a zombie.

I don't think those were zombie flashbacks when Shane died, I think that was whatever zombie-causing-micro-critters running through his synapses to turn him into a walker, and they wanted the audience to share in the fun.

I think that we find out what the CDC dude told Rick next episode. Probably what we already came up with, that everyone is already infected. I also wouldn't be surprised if we don't see another death next episode. Sarah Wayne Callis (plays Rick's wife) has said that it isn't a matter of *if* she dies, but *when*. The only one safe on this show is Rick.

And I love the idea of a baby zombie eating Rick's wife from the inside out. I'm pretty twisted too.

The overly large one did but they didn't show the one that did all the talking. I just watched it to confirm.

What the what the what. the. f**k. !!
I'm not reading the spoilers so it's all still a mystery as to why the game changed so quickly. It all seems to be happening very fast and feels like a series finale could be here soon instead of just a season finale.

And I never thought I'd get weepy at a Walking Dead episode but now it's 2 in a row! I'm gonna downright sob if they kill off Daryl.

I do find it much more exciting to see lots of zombies than a lone 1 or 2 here and there.

^^ Episode 1 is my favorite! And one of my favorite episodes of tv of all time. I've watched it many times. Super scary and creepy and heart wrenching but so well done.

I looked at DH when last nights episode was over and said "If they kill off Daryl I'm NOT watching this isht any more. "

There's no way they'll kill off Daryl. He's by far the audience favorite. They'd have to perform a major character assassination, and then kill him off a few eps later. Daryl was the only reason a lot of people were hanging in with this show, while it went through its Sucky Period.

A lot of folks would cheer if they killed off Lori, though. :-D

I cried the last two eps as well, don't feel bad. It was heart breaking when Rick was yelling to Shane, asking him why did you make me do this.

Is anyone else under the impression Shane wanted to die? I'm sure Lori's "pep talk" was the final straw.

I've read all the comics, which are awesome & everyone should read them at least once. I've been in love with this show since day one. This season was severely crippled, with the $250K/episode cut thanks to that Wiener guy from Mad Men pitching a fit & Darabont's exit. I think that's why most of the season was on the farm & lacking zombie goodness. In the comics, the farm was a fleeting stop, then later it was revisited.

I love that the series varies from the comics slightly. I mean without it, we wouldn't have Daryl! Love Norman Reedus, especially in Boondock Saints.

I'm so excited for the season finale. I hope it's an epic showdown. There was supposed to be another major character's death in last nights episode, so it will be interesting to see what happens. I'm fairly certain the CDC information from season one will be said, even though the foreshadowing has pretty much given it away.

I'm most excited to see The Governor next season. David Morrissey is amazing and I can't wait to see how he takes on the role. I loved Morrissey in Thorne (TV), Red Riding (TV), Nowhere Boy (Film) & State of Play (TV), all British by the way and all are fantastic! I say bring on the prison! And Michonne!

Agree, Daryl is THE fan favorite. He's such a wild card because he's not in the comics. It's why the TV series is so much fun for those of us who've read the comics. We don't know what will happen with Daryl. It'd be sweet if Kirkman would add him to the comics though.

SPOILER (Not Really But Just In Case You Are Spoiler Free)

Not sure if it makes anyone feel better but Lori dies in the comics. I'm pretty sure she won't make it too much further, especially with her zombie spawn...hoping that day comes sooner rather than later. I wonder if she was the other major death which was supposed to be in episode last night.

Well, one hopeful thought - they have no qualms about killing off kids on this show so there's hope that Carl and Lori along with her unborn zombie all get the axe.

If the CDC guy told Rick that the virus was airborne and there was no hope, then why would Rick even bother trying to save everyone? I would have told the whole crew and let them decide how they wanted to die. My choice would have been to get blown up in the CDC explosion.

Pillow talk last night:

Me: Man, if that baby dies before she has it..

DH: It will get munchy and eat her from the inside OUT!

It's hard to sleep well with conversations like this.

Spring1onu: Oh I hope you didn't have terrible nightmares. But a hot Andrew Lincoln could have saved you LOL!

Jeepcurlygurl: The writers have already said the virus isn't airborne. In the comics, it's never really been explained. I read an interview with Robert Kirkman (writer/creator of the comics & show writer) who said he'll never fully explain how the virus came about. I like the fact we will never know, it leaves so much up to imagination.

I watched the latest episode again & I still think the final shots with the Rick/Shane confrontation were beautifully eerie. The moon was beautiful!

Why can't it be Sunday already???

Sunday is going to suck because they're going to leave us with some cliffhanger that will have me crazed for the next week.

She's been annoying, self-centered, and self-righteous for far too long. If she died, Rick could mourn for a little bit, but then get on with his life and focus on taking care of Carl. Rick is a better character when he's not having to deal with Lori's neediness.

I'm ready for Carl's exit as well. He's been on my last one for a few episodes anyway. Carol can go too. She's boring and weird. And where the heck has T Dog been the last half of the season?!
