They were definitely sketchy. I guess it would've been the only way. They would've followed them and done who knows what had they stayed alive. I still think Rick is out to prove something with the whole Sofia thing looming.

Yeah they'll find her. I had to call her a dumba$$ though when she crashed. I hope that wasn't some subliminal thing where they insinuate that women are bad drivers.

I think it just emphasizes the fact that she doesn't really understand how dangerous it is out there. You can't just get in your car and go for a ride. Her character is written really poorly, she's just pathetic.

I have got to remember not to open this thread until after I've watched this on the west coast!! You easties are killin' me!!

Just finished watching and hot damn, GO Rick! Those two were all sorta trouble.

And I yelled "you dumb itch!" at the TV when that loon crashed. That was definitely the way to wrap up the issue of the baby.

What was the point of her getting in the car to begin with? Rick and Glenn had already set out to bring Hershel back,so she had no business. Dumb female. They can go ahead and use this to solve the baby issue.

I knew those two guys were about to get shot up...trying to push their way on to the farm and such. Nice try buddies.

Hahaaaaaa look here olive oyl!!! I nearly choked laughing. Somebody get her a steak please!

I think she left because the girl ( Herschel's daughter??) was in shock and needed his medical attention.

The guys only went looking for him because he may have gotten drunk and the fear of walkers; but there wasn't as much urgency to get him back to the farm.

I thought her collapsing happened before the guys left and that Rick mentioned to Herschel in the bar that something was wrong with the girl and then Herschel asked "Is Rachael (is that her name?) there with her?", as if that was good enough because he was feeling sorry for himself.

Granted I was mildly distracted when I watched last night so I'm probably totally off, but I had the same thought "Why the heck is she going after them with the guys are already there?!"

Hey you're right I remember Rick mentioning Rachel falling out. Lori is just stupid. always trying to play the hero's wife. It would be different if she knew what she was doing but she doesn't.

Well I thoroughly enjoyed the way they dispatched that walker with the scythe. Cool.
And I've been missing True Blood and was so happy to see 'Rene'! But that was short lived!
Lori is a useless scrawny a$$ woman.

Arrrrrgh, can Lori please die in the car accident? That's mean, I know, but the show would be 100% better without her.

I found this episode fairly boring until the last ten minutes--then we got some of the excitement of the first season back. We need outside threats to make this show interesting. I don't care about Lori's pregnancy. Also, Rick found his badass button again--YESSSSSS!!!

Last night's show thoughts ?

Love how Lori was knocked out cold and jumps up to fight/ run from walkers. I think I might have locked myself in the trunk till help came. I lol'd when the group at the farm a sat down for dinner and didn't know she was gone

What's Darrell's issue? Does he like carol? Is he upset about Sophia?

And no Carl, not going to name the baby after her.

I only caught the very end. Read the synopsis on the website.

Lori basically telling him to kill Shane is kind of ugh. Seriously? I mean, I know it must be done but this is getting more and more like a post-apocalyptic Maury.

LOL @ Maury comment.

I had the same thought about her coming to and being able to fight off walkers.

Poor Glen, he's all in lurve and it's like his testicles have dropped right off.

I love how Shane had his little role in play when Lori told him she'd already told rick they'd had sex.."DID YOU TELL HIM YOU THOUGHT HE WAS DEAD?" Hey guess what Shane, Rick barely batted an eye when he found out ok? Getting himself ramped up thinking he and Lori's fling is such a scandal. Please.

And what's the point of saving the one dude with the leg if they're just gonna send him back out "with a canteen" ??? I guess saving him from a horrible death of being eaten by walkers but still....

I would have punched Darrell in the face for saying the one comment to Carol about all she had to do was watch Sophia...out.of.line.

That was kind of an intense episode.
I still wouldn't mind knocking boots with Shane.
And I might be a little bit in love with Daryl.
And I am now officially in murderous hatred of Lori. I'm so over the whole baby thing.
And I'm not keen on the whole saving the kid who fell on the fence. They will come to regret not shootin that boy.
All the drama is detracting from the fun ways we used to kill the zombies. And dammit that's what the show's all about!

Rick should've left Shane's sorry behind in that bus as zombie feed because look, he's steady plotting against rick and acting suspect.
