Deal!!
My hubby looked into getting me one for my birthday a couple years ago and he couldn't find any rescues and people selling them wanted $1500+ for them. I'm so very glad it didn't work out though, we didn't need another dog and Calvin would have been NONE to happy sharing his spotlight.

I've decided that I'll never get down to my original weight, and I'm OK with that--After all, 8 pounds 2 oz. is just not realistic.

Oh Cheetara I love her! She has the cutest little face! I'm a sucker for calicoes.

Patchwork kitty on a patchwork chair! She's adorable.
We had a calico when I was a tiny thing that thought I was her kitten. She was the best cat ever, Miss Tinker Bell.

My first kitty was a calico. That's probably why I'm partial.

I wanna smush her little face!
My cats are like that with oatmeal. They are obsessed! Also, Corona crept up the back of the couch behind me the other night and attempted to take my corned beef sandwich right out of my hand! He actually had his little fangs in it!

hahahahaha!
I have to be careful if I'm cooking chicken. I've caught Eddy a few times with raw chicken in his mouth about to run away or running away with cooked chicken.
Once he brought me a used teabag to bed over night, I think it had been in the sink and one night I had stupidly left the bread uncovered and he brought that to the bed as well. I found half a baguette under my bed once too.

cheetara, that is one of the cutest cats I've ever seen. I've had a few calicos/torties and they are all a bit odd, which makes them ever more wonderful.

He loves his mummy! And I don't let him outside so he has to do something in the way of presents. I sometimes get his toy mouse as a present too
And I agree that the kitty Cheetara posted is soooooo cute. I love the look she has on her face when trying to catch the toy on the table

This scene just happened...
Bryan was just got up from his recliner to go get something from the kitchen. Simon jumps up in the recliner two seconcs later. Bryan came back and is now on the couch and muttering that he never gets to sit in his chair.

That is friggin' hilarious!
Corona does that too - as soon as you get off the couch, he's in your spot.

LOL @ Bryan and Simon!!
I think the pets are forming an alliance to take over our favorite chairs. I get out of my recliner and Calvin hops right up in it to lay on the heating pad I use to keep myself thawed in this icebox of a house.

Puck (gray) and Julius (orange) trying to share their kitty tower. Probably immediately following this, there was what we like to call "Aggresive Grooming". Where one will start out being sweet and grooming the other before catching him unawares and biting him to start a fight...

Oh my! This is making me laugh.
My one dog loves bread... Last year, around Christmas, we had bought a few big bags of assorted rolls to have with Christmas dinner. Someone had set them on the dining room table after we got back from the store, as there wasn't any room in the kitchen. Fast forward to when we're getting everything set out, and we're missing an entire bag... Turns out, one of the dogs had stolen the whole bag, and was nomming on the rolls in her crate. I think she'd eaten about half of the bag.

This is a continuation of my last post.
This was Simon a hour after the last pic.
Now to get even more funny...
A little while ago Bryan had just gotten out of the shower and was about to sit down in his chair. You could hear the sigh that was about to come out of his mouth. He was actually in the sitting down position about to plant his butt when Simon jumped up in the chair underneath him. He looked at me and said that he wasn't even going to say anything and sat down beside me. I laughed so freakin' hard that I cried.

What is it with little dogs and yellow barrettes? It makes me crazy with an urge to cuddle the wearer and talk like an idiot.
"Who wears little barrettes? Is it you? Do you wear little barrettes? Are you little too? Are you? Are you a pudding? Are you a little pudding pup? A little furry pudding pup?"
