I was thinking more of Wallace as in Wallace and Gromit. Do you think dog-Wallace needs more gravitas?
Or how about the Scottie from Lady and the Tramp? Jock? When he offers to make an honest "woman" out of Lady after she stays out all night with the Tramp? Lots of throat clearing and gentlemanly innuendo.

Totally off-topic and will sound stupid but aren't horseshoes always supposed to be positioned 'up' so the good luck doesn't fall out? (Yep, my family is from the old country. You don't mess with Luck.)

Jeep, it bugged me, too! This was Tucson's "away camp" weekend, and I intentionally got him near the cat because they'd met before and been a total snugglefest so I wanted some photos. But that mounting block and its upside down horse shoes bugged me! Despite not really being supersticious (sp?) some things stick with you.
(I really wanted to have my video camera out - next time he's there I'll try to get video, because the cat's rumbling purr going along with it adds to the effect!)

I've gotta try and get a picture of Calvin's ear toupee. Only a picture can explain it, but it takes two hands to do it so I'll have to get assistance from Mr. Spring unless I can figure out a way to do it myself.
