The boyfriend brought Timberwolf to visit for a bit tonight. He's a country dog so all the noise and people around my house just fascinates him so he likes to look out the front door. Then I got up to make tea and he took over my seat. : )

Sister and I went out to the boonies today to visit an herb shop and met too great doggies - Luna the pit and Petie the chi. Luna had been shot twice, in the head and chest, and has lost the use of one leg but still got around pretty well and was an awesome dog. Petie was a crazy little nut. : )

Yep, claude, my sister and I were irate. But his owner takes good care of him and he survived. She gives him pain pills and arthritis meds to help his aches and pains. Unfortunately the bullets cannot be removed and he will probably start getting lead poisoning at some point. But he isn't a young dog as it is and has already lived beyond what was expected after being shot. He really is a great dog and we were happy to meet him. And Petie too! : )

What deenie said. Calvin has fallen asleep the same way, but has also done it awake as a way to gain sympathy when the door has been closed.

He looks a bit 'wide'. But according to the scale at the vet no weight gain.
