Buddy dragged his toy mouse to me in a lion dragging sort of manner. In the teeth and dragging between the front legs. He also howled like a wolf while he was 'hunting' it. So neat!

Haha, I know...I don't have the heart to be angry with her. We call her "bad girl" affectionately.

My niece's corgi, Peanut, on a shopping trip this evening.

"Can we get those treats again? You know, the good ones we bought last week? Can we, huh? Pleeeeze, Mom?!?!"

Me too! I was a goner the first time I laid eyes on Peanut. We are SO adding her to our kidnap list.

Y'all can't kidnap Peanut because I'm taking her. Oh my word, I've got a soft spot for the stubby legged dogs. *swoon* She's so cute!

springy, the short-legged dog people already have you under investigation ---- and you know why.

Peanut is ours.

For springy and other short-legged dog lovers, this is my sister's dachshund, Sandy...or "Sandy-dog" as her mommy and daddy call her. She's got to be at least 10 by now as I'm sure you can tell in this lovely *ahem* closeup. She's such a sweetie, but don't mess with her mama or you will see her big-dog come out. hee

It's such a bummer that I can't post pics.

Right now, Buddy is sitting up like a human. Each rear leg is up by its corresponding shoulder - right rear paw at right shoulder. He is in that position grooming the bottoms if his rear paws and his butt since his butt is all spread out in that position. I have to admire his efficiency. One position, three areas.

The SO is always catching Doodle do this on the bed. By the time he gets back with the camera Doodle's already done or trying to figure out what "bad-man" is doing.

I had a very large cat that looked like a weird combination of maincoon and Siamese. He would sit up completely. Like a kangaroo. It was so funny. I have a bunch of pictures of him doing it.

Sigh.

I can clearly see that I'm going to have to lead all you other hapless dognappers.

Munchies? Munchies? Has it occurred to anyone else that we will have to be SILENT and stealthy? That gross disgusting lunchmeat is our lure, and makes no noise (except for possibly a wet, unsticking sound when peeled away from the loaf, barfbarfbarf)?

Sometimes I have to wonder what everyone else was doing while I was training endlessly with my sensei.

(Well, I do know what springy was doing: corrupting innocent short-legged dogs. And Jeepy was being wild.)

Heidi and Rosie are becoming friends. I think Hunter is still hoping they BOTH will go away (never mind that Heidi was here first!)
