Lily (that'll be new girl's name) is settling in. As long as she and Buddy are about ten feet apart, all is well.

Curie (on the right) is a little PO'd in this one, because no matter how hard he tries, Corona still loves her more than she loves him:

OMG it's yinyang!

Willow & Doodle are the same way. He loves her to death and she hisses at him at the drop of a whisker but will snuggle up to him at the drop of a whisker as well.

Today is a little better already. The growls are fewer and shorter. No one peed anywhere but a litter box. Buddy has a more relaxed, less compact, posture. And he sniffed Lily's butt before he gave a small growl and walked away.

It seems to have gone from WTF to I'm a little curious, but a lot wary.

He's showing some skittish traits, but not as much as when I first got him.

She's eaten a ton, but she's pretty skinny, so she needs food.

Going away for the weekend so taking the girls (Meeka and Maura left to right) to my cousins for a weekend of fun with their 2 dogs. So proud that they ride so well in the car :-)

Yeah, that's pretty quick. He's a layabout, but he likes watching her kittenish playing.

Don't let his lazy self fool you those boys like a throw down. Even almost-12yo Aillidh gets in on the action all the time. It'll be even funnier when she gets old enough to be tired of the play and he still wants to.

Fat does not make you fat. It's actually pretty important.
My sister's little Sandy Dog had to have some dental work done AND a tumor removed from her behind. Poor girl.

Being held hostage this fine Saturday morning. Dog at my feet, cat on my lap. I think they did this because I put away the blanket on the other couch.
