yes, Rosie's a poodle, at least that's what the shelter, rescue and vet all say  She's a rescue, so no papers to prove it, but what would I do with papers but lose them, anyway?
Rosie's always in need of a bath, I was a bad mommy, and she hadn't had one in weeks. She smells much better now!

Cuddles is what we should have named her! There is nothing she likes better than to sit in a lap. She'd be in yours in a NY minute. Should I pack her with the wine and sunscreen for the curly trip to Florida?

Poor Lily. She wasn't crazy this morning, she was horny. I come home to see that she's in heat. Poor baby. Her appointment isn't until next week. I hoped it was still too far from springtime for this. Well, at least Buddy is neutered and disinterested, much to Lily's disappointment.

I caught Jade just in time RCC. She had started bolting for the front door. Got out once, but my daughter was able to grab her just outside the front door. I hope she will be ok until the appt.

Luckily, Lily hasn't tried bolting, but she's chirping like mad and rubbing everything, and showing me and Buddy her backside, tail to the side.
She normally isn't very vocal, so hearing these teeny chirps is sort of miserable.
I'll call tomorrow to see if they can move her up. The place only does spay and neuters and will do heat spays.

Monday night, she was a little loopy, wanted to play and was hungry, even though they told us that she would be sleepy and not wanting anything to eat and not to feed her. WRONG!! We were told not to let her go up and down the stairs for two to three days. She yowled at the bedroom door for three hours, Monday night, and yowled every time for about every 30 minutes every 3 to 4 hours all day Tuesday. Wednesday, we just let her out. She has never acted like she ever had surgery.
She didn't have any parts of the cone. We bought a soft cone at Petco. She pulled it off 3 times. So no cone.

Jade sounds like that on occasion, but it's when she is sleepy. Poor Lily.

LOL!! Poor Lily! I've never seen a cat in heat. That was hilarious.
I hope it's not too bad till the appointment.
OAN, my poor baby Chui is anxious about our move to CA. I've been preparing them by talking to them about it (yes, LOL). Brandi couldn't care less, but Chui knows we're moving and he's anxious. He pee'd on the couch yesterday and he's super duper cuddly lately. Little does he know we will see his super best buds Onyx and apparently my dad, in CA. I'm so excited

Poor Chui
I talk to Jade. She is very empathetic. When I cry, she will come lay in my lap or lay next to me in the bed. She has put her paw to my face.
