I thought about it, believe me. But, I was partly worried about hurting her and partly feeling like it'd be just odd.
I did rub her externally in the general area. I have some pet wipes for her anyway for grooming. I just used that. Her vulva was quite puffy, and she seemed to like the rubbing, even if it wasn't what she wanted. We both got an hour nap yesterday after that, lol.
There's a site that used to sell glass wands for that purpose when breeders weren't breeding their queens in a particular heat cycle. I may have tried that since I felt some care was taken with length and girth and such.

The funny part right now is that I had to put all of the cat food up since Lily has to be food free after 10:00pm. Buddy is pacing the now empty food area. He'll live, but it's funny.

I remember being at my MIL's house when their cat was in heat and it totally took over Mr. Spring's leather jacket. It was soooo in lurve.

I am glad she is ok and tomorrow it will be over. I remember Jade was not a happy camper when we put her food up at 10:00. I am sure Buddy is like, WTH?

Finlay sporting his "pants" ...He's being treated for irritable bowel and the prednisone he's on was making him potty every 20 minutes (poor dude). We've lowered the dosage now but he's still having accidents at night. One more week of meds then he can go pantless!
