Stripey kitteh seemed to be super happy to go home with her new owners. She went right in the carrier and layed down purring. I hope she adjusts well. She so cute. She went with SO's coworker so we'll get updates.

Everyone's doggies are so cute <3

From the photo journal of Ed:

This is me doing my bestest Thundercat impression.

Here I am pretending to snooze. Mummy didn't have a clue!

Mummy got some flowers for her birthday. I ate the leaves.

Went to the doctors and came back with a Brazilian. Mummy kept trying to take a photo of my shame.

Fat does not make you fat. It's actually pretty important.

I'm a bad mommy today. One of my bearded dragons Bane has been brumating (like hibernation) all summer. She's started coming out of it in the last week or so, or at least get up and sleep someplace else. I just looked over there, she is wide awake and standing at her food bowl. She keeps looking at her bowl, then at me then back in the bowl. So I go to the kitchen to make her breakfast, and I realized I forgot to buy their salad stuff last night!

If looks could kill, I won't make it through the day. see this face?

That's what I'm getting right now, minus the sand.
Why did Ed have to get a Brazillian?

Bearded dragon stink-eye!!

I've decided that I'll never get down to my original weight, and I'm OK with that--After all, 8 pounds 2 oz. is just not realistic.

There's my little Clover

Cupcake on my clean laundry.

Time for a nap!

Having fun
Update on Snowball. Having to leave for an extended time I had find someone to care for her. Of my 4 sisters nearby 3 have dogs said no and the other don't like cats. Finally several days ago a coworker agreed to help. The only caviat was if her kids get attached I would let them keep her. I decided to just to give her up outright before I left. At least Snowball will be loved. And they've renamed her Luna.
Oh.
My.
Word.

Clover and cupcake!!!!! *swoon & faint*

Have been avoiding this thread as we had to have our beautiful boy (Buster, German Shepherd/Rotty cross) put to sleep 3 weeks ago, all very unexpected and sad. Am feeling a little less fragile now and can enjoy all the pics again.
Will get another dog at some point but for now I'll just admire everyone else's.
