Here's Linus and Gigi about to get in a smack-down over who's going to sit on the new catnip scratch mat.

Will get another dog at some point but for now I'll just admire everyone else's.

I wish I had a video camera because Ed has just done what can only be described as a dance on the back of the sofa!

Ed is so adorable

Bagheera on my dishtowel. He loves towels no matter how big or small. He'll cuddle a washcloth. Weirdo.

Ed is the most photogenic cat ever. I'm jealous.

Sasha is mad at me. Yesterday she got her shots. She very clearly remembered the vet and started hissing at him as soon as he walked in. Last time she managed to get away from him mid-shot, so this time he got an extra firm grip on her. She acts like her back is a little sore today. She still has a mild cases of ear mites, the drops are fight-worthy for her. AND she's due for her flea drops, which for some reason she really hates. I tried to pet her a little while after giving her meds, she growled at me and hid under the couch.

I was planning on picking up some nail caps for her because she's starting to tear up my husband's chair. I think I'll wait.

One more vet visit and she is done for a year! I should have made an appointment for her spay yesterday, but I wasn't thinking. Hopefully because it's fall they won't be so busy with that. I tried to make an appointment in the spring for that once, there was like a two month wait! I really want to get that done before her first heat cycle.

And bathroom cat is even in a bad mood today too! There's this grey cat with an exceptionally long tail that loves to sleep in my bathroom window. This morning another cat tried to get up there too, she was not happy.
I just love all the pictures and captions of your kitty. He's such a darling.

You wouldn't think he's really a darling if he woke you up a 6am with a claw in the nose. But I love my little Eddy.

Edit: claw caps. Where can I get some of these from? Also do they disrupt a cat using a scratching post? Ed has recently started scratching the carpet and the sofa and I'd like him to cut it out.

I've been trying to get pics of Salem-upside-down-head-kitteh all week. Will she cooperate? Noooo. Wed. she was on her printer sleeping (yes it's hers, not Willow's or Hedwig's, I've seen the deed ) with upside-down head and one eye partly opened. That would be an ideal picture. I moved to get the camera, squeaked my chair and she got up.

my cats just spent the burst of energy they got from eating this morning. They wrestled, ran around like mad kitties and now are calm. Brandi is in the bathroom sink as usual and Chui is on the suitcase in the corner.
