Another batch of polish in the mail today! I need to stop. So many colors, so inexpensive. Not enough days to wear them all.
Pictures don't do these justice at all.

Jeep, I think we may have to stage an intervention.
Those are all really pretty!

My Zoya polishes came in the mail
this is rica and it is WONDERFUL. The pictures doesn't do justice to the the amazing pinky-orange color it is in the sun, and the sparkles. So sparkly. I got lots of compliments on my nails today.

It is called Mix Signal (these are all Kleancolor brand). It's a clear pink with multicolor sparkles.

Pretty! It's especially cute on shorter nails! Is it more or less orange in person? It looks much different than most swatches, I thought it might be too orange for me, but I like it!

Thank you! It was a more orange than I expected, but with a nice pink shimmer. And it definitely looks more pink that orange in the sun.

I have Rica on my toes. It was my free "red". On me it is very orange in indoor light, oranger then it appears in the picture. When I put my foot in the sunlight from the window, it is pinker, but still quite orange. The color is close to her picture in the sunlight. ETA: I agree that it is a very pretty color. It glows.

OK so Rica might be too orange for me to wear, but I'll admire it on you ladies!

I have a Zoya nail plate/wheel with the sunshine collection that includes Rica. The other colors in that collection look like they have a similar finish. Faye (mauve pink), Tanzy (yellow orange), Apple (yellow green), Kimmy (red), and Reva (blue red). Maybe one of these would work better for your skintone.

Sorry for the crazy long post. Feel free to skip and just gaze at the great polishes.
I finally got my DermaNail in the mail yesterday. After glowing reviews from loodie loodie loodie's blog, I figured I would give it a go. I was hoping it could help with my horribly peeling and breaking nails. But after just following her advice about consistently moisturizing my nails and cuticles, filing instead of cutting, and always wearing gloves when doing dishes and cleaning (which I used to do most of the time but not as consistently as now), my nails are so much stronger! I haven't had a true break since starting this new routine. My peeling is also much better. I still get peels but not nearly at the rate that I had been even two months ago. I used to always have to cut my nails down to nothing due to all the peeling and breaking, especially after taking polish off but I have been polishing my nails regularly after my husband brought me the huge bag of polish from Hawaii and haven't had to cut at all! Here's hoping DermaNail helps with the peeling I'm still having. I think now I can feel more confident to post some pics of my painted nails.

Duh! I have that nail plate too! It is a bit orange for me, but might be OK in the summer. It is similar to my OPI DS Reflect, but the OPI is a bit more pink/less orange. Thanks!

Essie Dive Bar. I really need to stop doing it at work, I just can't clean up as well here.

The Santorum made me want to try one of the mattes that I have. I have the Night Sky collection from Nubar. I got it partly because I wanted to try matte and partly because the set came with a bottle of topcoat, and I go through some topcoat.
This is Sunset
I like that is has sheen and shimmer so it isn't totally flat.
Siri types my posts for me.

I so want that Santorum but with the almost-11yo... Maybe I can hide it in the lock box?
I can wait for a dupe I suppose.
I used the brush from the Nutranail GT strengthener to do the Essie Dive Bar. Yup, I'll be using that brush for everything, man I like that brush!
