I don't know what the color is called ( I threw the package away) but its Sally Hansen salon effects again! I used one package for both my hands and feet

Weird...I have tiny, short nails and have had no problems applying at all. I used the butterfly pattern first.

EEEEE, I just got Sally Hansen's Likety-Split Lime.
It's soooo delish. Looks really good with purples (Zoya Mira) blues (Zoya Pheobe).  I am going to a wedding though, so this will probably have to wait.
I also got Seche Vite top coat/basecoat combo for $8.99 at CVS.
Zoya has a promo! Buy their Color Lock System ($4  and get one of their some collections free plus free shipping (value of $48+$6). I'm going to pass, but thought you guys might be interested.
ETA: Must. have. CRACKLE! This shiz is sold out everywhere!

i wrote a review for it on makeupalley and said i thought it might be best on people with short nails. there are like 20 people with pics on there and about 85% are with short nails. longer nails, more room to mess up i guess. i took it off after one day because someone else on there commented about dryness too and i was already battling dry nails. i now have on a moisturizing basecoat by sally hansen until i can polish. i'm inspired to try a few designs with regular polish. i don't think she updates very much anymore but moptop maven used to do some really cute nail work...

I was at Sally's today because I broke my makeup pencil sharpener. They got new Metallic Crackles!
Base is China Glaze Evening Seduction. It's a deep purple red like a Pinot Noir. The top is Haute Metal. It's supposed to be pink, but has a purple-pink look to me.
I looooooooove this combo! Pics aren't as nice as reality.

OPI Susie Loves Cowboys on my fingernails. It's the exact color of Godiva dark chocolate. Gorgeous.

Mink Muffs on toes, plus one with gold crackle glaze. Still deciding if I like the effect.
Also, pinky on right hand is clear with sparkles. For some reason, this makes me very happy.

I went and got a pedicure today. I wanted something fun. I almost went with Hello Kitty but then I saw Badtz Maru and had to have him! My nails are still nude though.

I JUST got back from getting my nails done. Cafe Au Lait with black shatter.
Ya, I hate it. To me it looks like I mistakenly got black paint all on them.
I want to see if it grows on me, but I'm probably going to go home and repaint them Revlon Red.

In search of the perfect pearl white......a classic pearl white color like from back in the 70's. I have some, but they look too silver when applied.

I thought I was gonna like it. Obviously, that's why I got it. I did a brown and black to give it a kind if leopard print look. Nah.
I was doing colors on just the top half of my nail. Like a colored French tip. But I think I'm just back into solid color nails for now.
