I keep forgetting to take pictures, but remembered this time. Sally Xtreme Blue Me Away & White Out, and Zoya Sooki for the kite.

OMG cutest thing ever. I wish I hadn't just painted my nails, I want clouds!
did you use a tutorial? or I guess you could just use a dotter tool for the clouds.

I love Zoya Jem! I just removed my last mani and I'm thinking of using Zoya Akyra (that's the greenest color I have). I think it will look a little green in the sun, we'll see.
I knew I should have gotten Midori, but I don't usually wear greens anyway.

Still have Zoya Crystal. Filed a little today so you can't even see the chips.

I just removed Crystal. It was too chipped to save, but it's been on for 10+ days.

MoppyT- the clouds and kite are so darn cute. Love it.
This is the next step in my ever evolving manicure. Revlon Emerald City with Sinful Colors Green Ocean on the whole nail. First pic is in sunlight so you can see how the bottle seems to glow in sunlight. 2nd pic in shade. It is kind of a lot for my personal taste being both dark and glittey. Tomorrow I'll probably add a matte top coat just to see what that does.

Yep, just used a dotting tool thingy, and a super thin brush for the kites. I've had this blue forever and never used it, but now that it's on I love it. My phone doesn't take very good pics, but it's a bright electric medium blue, and only needed one coat.

I have the perfect blue for clouds, I just need to find an opaque white.
I added sparkles on a couple accent nails.

Kurlykae what are you using? I was going to ask about that. What is something good for weak, peeling nails, that break off easily? My nails are so fragile If they are just a little past the end of my finger tip and I press it against something it bends and will get a crack that I then have to break the rest off and file down. I've tried all the sally hansen strength things. My mom said to get formaldahyde... But I don't think that is possible

Does anyone have a nail that splits vertically? The nail on my right middle finger does. I was told it's due to damage from the many years I used to get wraps and acrylics put on, though i have no idea if that's true. I just know it started a couple of years ago. There is a visible line that grows up from under the base of my nail all the way to the tip. I can go for a while after filing without it splitting, but it eventually always does. Then I need to file it down to my nail bed and let it grow out again.
Does anyone know of anything I can use to help with this?

I'm using Citra by Nail Tek. Says on the bottle that it's formaldehyde free. I've been using it for a few weeks now, trimming off the peeling ends as they grew out. Last weekend I gave in to my need for color and put polish over a couple coats of the Citra. The peeling nails looked good before I did that, so hopefully I'll have something good to report when I remove the color. I'll try to remember to update as I go.

I have 2 nails that have had those splits for many years and I've never had acrylics. I have no idea how to fix them.

I have one that does the same thing, left middle finger. It's not due to acrylics here either. I don't know what to do for it. I've tried a thin layer of superglue over it to strengthen it, it helps a bit. I'll be watching to see if others have answers too!

I heard this Nail Tek was good but I haven't had the chance to try it yet.
I use Orly Nail Defense and I rub jojoba oil on my nails when I do my mani and on my cuticles when i have polish on.
