Those roses!
I like marbling, but I have mostly Nubar polishes, which dry too quickly for good design making. You need an opaque polish with slow drying time.

Well, I did do a bathroom ducky recently. Maybe that'll help.

I really like these two! The dark one with studs makes me want to try a row of rhinestones across an accent nail. And the speckled one is so cute, but i don't have white for base.

Moppy T- Pastel allergy alert. My next mani will be the worst for a pastel allergy, but the next few months of my post will probably not be good for you.
Zoya Poppy. Nice citrus-y color. 3 coats. 2 would do, but I don't want any hint of nail lines. The index finger got marred somehow.
This bottle must have been left open at some point, because the polish was thick and it wasn't last year. I added some polish thinner. That should fix it.
How did I live so long and not know about polish thinner??? I used to throw out thick polish. *slaps forhead*

Did you use the Zoya thinner? I got some in a kit, but I haven't used any yet.

I used the Beauty Secrets thinner from Sally's. It appears to be 3 free. I've been a polish thinning fool since I got it. IDK yet how it worked on the Zoya since I thinned it after I finished my manicure.

Love it! I think I'm allergic to pastels too! I like them on others but not on me, I never wear pastels. Give me bold color or go home!

Wait, are guys literally allergic to pastels, or just not a fan of the look?

You can use any base color just choose colors that work well together, I really want to try it with a nude base and shades of pink for the dots!

Not really allergic, I'm just not a fan of the look...on me! I think it looks nice on others, as I stated, but I just don't ever wear pastel anything! LOL I'm a winter in coloring, so it just doesn't look good.
I keep seeing all these pastels and nudes that came out for winter and now spring, and I just have to pass on all the trends. I'm eyeing Zoya Zuza, but that's not pastel. Is it?!
So, like MoppyT, I'll enjoy seeing the pretty spring pastels on you other ladies.

^What she said. I am very yellow-olive toned, and pastels make me look positively jaundiced. I don't own a single pink article of clothing, and finding a red lipcolor (without pink tones) I can wear is practically a quest. I'm all about the fall colors and bold brights.
So, like C-Locks, I'll sit here and love all the easter cute on you guys.

I dont wear any bright, or pastel colors either. Not in my wardrobe anyway. Nails don't count. They don't have to match your outfit.

I had a little shopping spree at Sally's on Saturday and I got 6 China Glaze colors. I got Hook and Line, Mahogany Magic and another bottle of Luxe and Lush, I only need Fast Track and Electrify and I will have the entire Capital colors, only thing is they NEVER have those two colors when I go in to check! I also got Optical Illusion, Prism, and Polarized from China Glaze Prismatic collection. I want all the polish in this collection now two! I think I need HELP with my polish obsession!
This is my nails now with Optical Illusions, the picture just does not capture how shinny sparkly this polish is! First picture is in normal light inside http://farm8.staticflickr.com/7121/6...f771e224_m.jpg
This picture is outside in sunlight http://farm8.staticflickr.com/7110/6...68030319_m.jpg

PSA: Polish is B2G1 free at sally's this month.
Try Hot Topic (novelty store in malls). They are carrying Hunger Games Polish.
