Wet N' Wild Megalast in Hallucinate again...this time over Sally Hansen Xtreme Wear in Wet Cement.



I have an old bottle of clear polish with red, white and blue stars in it that I'll add onto my ring finger or maybe every other nail if the mood strikes.

I did my nieces nails up for the 4th of July, she is very excited to show them off, I did them right before she went to bed, this is what we used to do her nail art and this is what I came up with as she wanted each nail to be a bit different


This week I have on Jade Holographic Nail Polish in Energy, its from Brazil but I was able to order it from Llarowe This goes on great without a base coat, I used 2 coats of Energy and I did use a top coat just because others said it needs it and it did not effect the Holographic effect at all!

I have also been busy testing out my polishes that I am making, so far they are doing well withstanding a shelf life challenge. I did have a few glitters bleed so I was glad that I am testing my polishes out first before I bother selling them. This is one of the holographic colors that should be ready to bottle up that I did swatches of. I am calling this one Lucky Penny, I need to get a picture of it in the sun, its very pretty!

Hair length is to my bra strap, it's fine textured, but the density is thick, not much elasticity, Naturally Blonde but Color treated because of graying going on

I am looking to swap a brand new bottle of OPI's "See you next summer" (repromote of "Not like the movies" from the OPI Katy Perry Collection). My Ulta was completely wiped out and I managed to snag two of these so I could get the 2 for $12 sale price. I'm hoping that someone will be willing to swap me for another of the polishes from this collection. Specificly I'm looking for "Meet me at the Bonfire".

I'm behind again. For the 4th of July manicure I used the salon express stamping kit. It was OK. The stamps are just not big enough for my fingers. Next time I do a patriotic manicure I'll paint stripes on the bottom half and stamp stars on the top half.

The second one is Wet n Wild megalast Don't Break the Ice. One coat of that, dots with Sally Hansen Whirlwind White, and then another coat of Don't Break the Ice. The dots are a little wonky. My year old nephew who has no interest in me (in a Mommy only stage) suddenly became very interested in me when I was putting the dots on. I think this will be nice in winter. Maybe with a snowman or snowflake on an accent nail.

Currently on my nails is China Glaze Coral Star (love this color on my skintone). Yesterday I added Shine of the Times on top. Sorry, I don't have a pic. It is coming off soon.

So I went to Sally's yesterday, and I now need an intervention. They had so many Orly, China Glaze, and Finger Paint polishes on clearance. Along with several new collections. I. Loaded. Down.

I decided to start with Orly: Preamp, from the fall 2012 Electronica collection. I loved every color in the collection. This one is a pretty, shimmery, pink. I wish I could post a picture.

Nail polish clearance? Sally's? I'm sooo there today After the gym! I found a bunch of Sinful Colors nail polish on clearance in my Target earlier this week also so check the clearance endcaps when you go in Target ladies!

I wish I had a Target close by. Well, maybe it's good that I don't. lol

Again, wish I could post a pic. I decided to do accent nails with the preamp. I used finger paints are you blue? which is a ink or indigo color. I put Orly glitter polish over that in be brave. it's a pink bar glitter that matches preamp perfectly. I love it, but I really broke one of my nails today and messed it up.

Wet n Wild Megalast Heatwave. I really like this color. Then I used a dotting tool and Hard Candy Matte-ly in Love to do matte/shiny and shiny/matte dots.
