I love these!! Great mani's. I did one like your third pic. I waited overnight and then started to stamp in the center, the next morning. My polish squished everywhere. I was so upset. It must have been the brand or the hot weather... I'm not sure. So upsetting.
I have my nails prepped and ready for the next mani. I can't actually paint until tomorrow. I'm doing a ruffian but still deciding on the colors.
Worn out iPhone. Need I say more?

This is a pretty polish. I've been nervous to try another Essie since the mint mojito disaster. It took awhile to smooth it out, but they have some of the most beautiful colors.

Wait, I think I missed the Essie mojito disaster, what happened?
I just bought this last week after looking at it every time I was in Target. I've got it on my toes, but I did notice it went on a little more thick than my other Essie polishes which have all gone on great.

Oh my gosh I know this is terribly indulgent but I really want these (as a mother of a three yr old boy who loves to paint her nails)

It went on thick, thin and gloopy. It was the oddest thing. I had to load on top coat to smooth it out while it was still wet. It was beautiful once I got it right, but it took awhile.

Interesting, must be something with that color, which is odd. I do love the color so I'll deal with the hassle, but I probably won't reach for it as quickly as I do my other Essie colors.

Was out shopping today and saw something I wanted to share. A bottle of US import OPI nail polish costs 2100 yen. That is $26.77 with the exchange rate today. Outrageous for a bottle of OPI (or any nail polish you have to put on yourself without the luxury of someone else giving you a manicure). The really bad part is the 4095 yen bottle of OPI Nail Envy right next to it...that is more than $52 US dollars!

I'm behind again. The first pic is Sinful Colors Aquamarine with Hard Candy Matte-ly in Love and my dog in the background. I think I'd like this better on my toes. It is a bit too bright for me on my nails.
The next two pics are having fun with my nieces who are 4,4, and 7.
Fourth pic is Zoya Rica in sunlight.
Fifth pic is my current watermelon manicure. I have one more pic, but I'll have to add it in the next post.

My watermelon thumb. I would have liked it better if the lined bowed out and met-ish toward the middle top and bottom of my nail as opposed to the vertical stripes i did.
Edit: Whoops. I forgot which pic I posted above and forgot the thumb was already in that pic.

WHAT!?!?!? I mean, WHAT!?!?!? That's insane.
P- I love the watermelon nails. How cute.
Last night, after re-considering the ruffian manicure I didn't get around to, I was more in a (lazy) mood to do a nude/neutral mani & pedi.
I used Loreal: Tea and Crumpets and NYC Matte me Crazy as a top coat. It's the only matte top coat I can find in local stores, but it works great.
I really do like it but I need to do an accent nail to brighten it up a touch. For some odd reason I keep thinking nail of the living dead, every time I look at my hands.

Murrcat- China Glaze has a couple polishes similar to those in their Bohemian collection if you prefer China Glaze.

I'm a total thread hog. But this small DIY polish seller has an Arrested Development collection with Motherboy and Banana Stand among others.

I'm not a huge fan of tons of glitter but some of those are great. The names alone make them awesome. My favorite names are Mayonegg and A trick is something a whore does for money...or candy (or as I know it from my dvds, cocaine). The banana stand one is great too...there is always green glitter in the banana stand.
