^hahaha.

I was going to paint my nails last night but I was too tired. I redid Loreal tea & crumpets, with a matte finish, on my toes. I'm going to do Finger paints Tiffany Imposter on my finger nails, with a matte finish. It is a nice Tiffany blue.

If I have time I might do some type of design with tea & crumpets on top of Tiffany, and vice versa on my toes.

I have not been the best with taking pic's of my nails lately. I only have one saved now. I talked about it awhile back. Orly preamp with fingerpaints art you blue and orly be brave. Sorry about the attachment but nothing else is working right. The computer I am using shuts down if I try anything else.

Also, overlook the remote and tom & jerry pj's. lol

I tried a Shattered Glass nail art effect that I first saw done by Robin Moses found here shattered glass graffiti crackle polish inspired 3d eyeshadow: robin moses nail art tutorial - YouTube .


And this is how my nails turned out .

I used Orly Liquid Vinyl, nail foil glue (I got from foils. ) Fantasy Makers Confetti Confettis Glitz ( wet n wild Halloween make up its the loose glitter in the glass bottle) and top coat is Seche Vite

Hair length is to my bra strap, it's fine textured, but the density is thick, not much elasticity, Naturally Blonde but Color treated because of graying going on

In the photography section of the Home Show building at the county fair this week, there was a photograph of a woman's hands holding strawberries and her nails were painted in the strawberry design. Made me think of you all.

Mine are painted blue again. Sally Hansen Insta Dri in In a Blink Blue. I just love that color. I wish more polishes came in a satin finish.

My nails and toes are bare. Bor-ring. My nails need to be done bad. I'm trying to let my nails get some air before I paint them.

I'm wanting black toes and navy nails. I am SO SO ready for fall.

I've performed surgery on a broken nail! It was broken too far down for it to be comfortable to just cut it down, so I decided to try supergluing it together. I asked my mom if we had any superglue and she said that we did, but when I told her why I wanted it, she told me that I could just take use clear polish and a little torn (not cut, it's better to have the frayed edges) off piece of a teabag to keep it together. You just apply a dot of polish, put on the piece of teabag that's big enough to wrap around the nail's edge a little, then add more polish on top. My mom says I need another coat to make it strong and that you can tell it's protected when the polish is glossy on top of the piece of teabag, but it seems pretty solid to me and I don't want to breathe more fumes, so that will have to wait.

I can't stand doing that. I normally try to keep it together with clear polish, on top and underside, until it grows out enough to trim or file. It works sometimes, and others it doesn't, no matter how much I apply.

Not looking very good but China Glaze Recycle with WnW Part of Five glitters on top. I sponged the glitter on. We are in the midst of a typhoon and my child kept turning the lights off and turning her flashlight on to "practice" if the lights went out so it was hard to see while doing this. I finally just gave up.

^ I like Recycle. I thought about buying it the last time I was in Sallys.

I wish my nail tape would get here soon. I ordered 10 rolls of it off Amazon and it shipped on the 12th. Some are flat colors, and some rolls are holographic. I could have done a pretty design with the tape and polish I used today.

Well Monday its Back to School for my all my kids. My oldest son starts college, Thursday we drove him down to Wright State University.( I cried like a baby!) My other 3 boys will start 12, 11, and 10th grade and my niece that I care for starts 6th grade! I did her nails in a Back to School fashion for her. She loved how they turned out.

I also have Finger Paints Art Lofty Toffee on my fingers. It is quite old but I needed something light on my fingers. I have been using darker colors lately. I'm still battling a lot of peeling so I have been keeping my nails painted almost all the time.

I so enjoy seeing everyone's nails. I really hate that I can't paint my fingernails, but thankfully they've completely stopped peeling many months after I stopped painting them. Makes me sad, but at least I can enjoy y'alls!

Currently sporting Zoya Wednesday with yellow and dark purple dots, before that is was Z. Arizona with white and red-glitter dots.

Dots are so easy, and there's practically infinite color combinations, so it's become my go-to.

You guys get the BOGO email from Zoya this week? I will probably cave.
