This is supposed to be grey with a red blood drop for diabetes awareness month. My blood drop looks like a steak, though.

I've had to stick with reds for a few weeks, and will for a few weeks more because of the show I'm currently in. I thought it would be boring, but it's actually been kind of fun to "get to know" all the different reds I've amassed.
So far I've sported (and haven't taken pics, so these are not my nails)
Zoya Elisa
Zoya Rekkha
Essie Geranium
(someone just posted a pic of this one a page back or so)
I think next up will be Sally Hansen Red Carpet (attached below), which is an old favorite, and considered a Ruby Pumps dupe.
It's been fun, but I'm a little bummed to missed out on anything really autumn-y or Halloween-y. Really ready for some dark wintery colors.

I do too. The first time I wore it I immediately bought another bottle so I wouldn't have to worry about running out anytime soon. And, since it's just regular SH, it's super cheap.

I love all of those reds! I really want Rekkha.
I redid my nails this morning. I was playing around with the back and white last night, but just didn't like it. I've realized that I just don't like white polish as anything but an accent. I felt like I had White-Out all over my hands. lol

I agree about the white polish. It just looks weird on me. Of course I don't really like white clothes or walls or cars or anything else either.
The red and black and all the reds above are awesome.

Fingers are now Sally Hansen in Violet VOOM! with accents nails in Wet N Wild Glitz.
No pics because no mater what light or flash I use the color looks blue and it's not blue it's a true purple. **stomps off to grumble some more**

My nails are bare at the moment. I had one that broke really close to the quick, so I cut them all short. I hate having 9 longish nails and one short one. It just looks goofy.
MoppyT, I love Elisa. It's so close to I'm Not Really a Waitress by OPI, which is my favorite red ever, but I like the Zoya formula better. OPI gets all gloppy so quickly.

I wish I could pull of red but my skin tone just won't let me 
I like the combo I'm sporting right now. Essie Chinchilly and Zoya Wednesday. Excuse the slight wear. It's 3 days old.

Jess, I think you could do reds. You just have to find the right undertones. I can do blue reds better than orange ones, though my hands are more forgiving than if I was wearing a shirt or lipstick.

I cannot do any red clothing or lipstick. Not at all. Unless I'm really tan and since I don't spend time baking my skin anymore it just doesn't happen. I think what I'll do is order some Zoya color spoons in reds to see if I can get away with any. I definitely couldn't pull off Sookie. Luckily my DD can do red so it doesn;t go to waste.

so my nails aren't really bare but they look it. i've got the orly nail armor on them. it's got little fibers in it. i hope to polish tonight.
i'm still battling peeling a bit. growth is normal/no problem.
